A Platinum made us feel like family. We interviewed several different caterers and Emily with A Platinum was the only one who made us feel like they were thinking about us instead of our wallets. Any request we made was met with "Of course we can do that” and as we waited for her to tell us what extra fee we had to pay, we kept waiting. She made us feel like they priced their food accordingly and wanted to accommodate us. And their food was excellent! We went with the plated option: steak, salmon, veggie pasta. I went around the wedding trying everyone's food and honestly wanted to keep eating—the steak was tender and a beautiful medium rare. The salmon was flaky with the right balance between savory and sweet. The pasta was bright and flavorful. For how much food we got and the quality of food we received, we were very satisfied. The serving staff was polite, attentive, and ON TIME. Our guests were served promptly and no one was left hungry by the end of the night. We HIGHLY recommend A Platinum to any couple who wants a caterer who cares.

A Platinum catered our wedding in July 2023, and I cannot recommend them more highly! From the hors d'oeuvres, salad, to entree every bite was a delight, and tasted just as delicious as when we tried it during tasting! Emily was a true pleasure to work with, who made planning with caterer so easy and seamless.

Emily was our main planner for our wedding. She was professional and tailored to our needs, especially with our guests with dietary restrictions. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. Very good portions and high quality. All the servers were so courteous, checking in on me and my husband to see if we needed anything throughout our wedding night. PE offers tons of different meal options which is why we chose them from the beginning compared to other caters.

A platinum event was absolutely amazing to work with!! They were so much more than just a catering company. We held our wedding in the backyard and they coordinated rentals, food, timeline and even were the ones to give us the nod to start walking down the aisle. We didn’t have the opportunity to do a tasting given our short timeline but all of our guests were so impressed with the food and service! Especially the bartender who crafted amazing vodka lavender lemonades, margaritas, and delicious old fashions. Would book them for our next event!!

We can’t say enough great things about working with Maggie and Samantha at A Platinum Event. We selected A Platinum Event to cater our wedding in October 2020 after sampling multiple other caterers. Their service and food are well deserving of their name. Everything to all the details and the amazing food were exactly what we wanted. Then COVID-19 hit the world and, like so many others, we decided we needed to be responsible and protect our family, friends and various companies and postpone our big wedding celebration to next year. However, we purposely picked 10/10/2020 as our wedding date and we were sticking to it. We decided to have a small covid-safe gathering of our closest friends and asked A Platinum Event if they felt comfortable during this time to cater our event. They did. Chef Justin, Chef Pablo, Samantha and Maggie catered our event and it was a perfect and safe as we expected. The food was as delicious as it was at our tasting and all the guests raved about how good the food tasted. We are looking forward to having A Platinum Event cater our celebration in 2021 and we would recommend anyone looking for a professional catering company for any reason to hire A Platinum Event.
