Have you ever salivated over something so glorious? It is an almighty donut sent from the blueberry pancake heaven. Soft, luxurious, packed with flavor. The donut that does not stick to your teeth, or overly chewy. Dairy free + gluten free. The most magnificent donut I've ever witnessed.

I cannot have dairy, nor gluten due to health reasons, and for the owner of this marvelous place to exist in rural Alaska, is amazing and I just cannot stop salivating over all of the options of food.

Whether breakfast, lunch, or delicious snacks such as this fabulous donut. Rant. Rave. This place is simply. Awesome.

This is my favorite restaurant/small businesses in Fairbanks. It is safe for celiacs which is fantastic. The food and drinks are both so good. The owner and her long time staff are wonderful. If I ever have anything that resembles a problem, she always takes care of me. I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to everyone, dietary restrictions or not!

Absolutely wonderful little cafe, PERFECT for gf/df/egg free options and accommodate for all allergies! I got a turkey pesto wrap with bell peppers and no onions, one of my kids got the turkey and cream cheese wrap, and my other kid got the bean and cheese burrito. I also got a sparkling strawberry lemonade, and the total for all 3 meals was less than $25 and everything was made perfectly! Absolutely impressed with this place!

My first time here and I was blown alway with this huge delicious vegan burrito pocket yummy. I also got a ice green tea match latte with almond milk plus a vegan chocolate gluten free brownie. It was so chocolate goodness that I was soooo 😆 happppy…. Love the services , just sweet and attentive to giving suggestions . It’s nice to know there is place that covers all your dietary needs without the sacrifice of comfort feeling delicious food. This place is a gem and it’s definitely going to be my go too .Thank you so much . I’m coming back for the vegan nachos. 🥰😍

Super bright and inviting cafe! I got the Razzie Fantazzi and it was amazing! I love that they can cater to your dietary needs (gluten free, etc.) The staff was great, the food came out quickly. An excellent experience!
