The only reason I gave it a four stars is the sandwich was pretty greasy, other than that this place is amazing. Their homemade oat milk is delicious, their sandwiches and scones are fresh and their coffee tastes well made. The staff is quick and friendly!

Best Breakfast I've ever had! This morning I had the pleasure of drinking the most delicious Chai accompanied by Birch and Alder's incredible Breakfast Focaccia, while enjoying a view that could knock a table off it's feet. The staff was so friendly and my meal was served to me in under a minute. 10 out of 10. Do not pass by without stopping.

A must visit; worth the drive from Anchorage or Girdwood. The service is excellent - friendly, and helpful. Well-balanced coffee (tried both drip and americano). Mixed Alaskan berry scone was rich, flavorful and moist. The babka (Cinnamon) was the best I have had since Manhattan. Breakfast focaccia and everything bagel - full of balanced flavors and textures - perfection.

Excellent baked goods and coffee, but service is inconsistent. I ordered a scone and had to wait 18 minutes for my coffee. The staff seemed frazzled, and I had to repeat my order three times as the counter person was multitasking. A bit more organization would make for a much better experience.

Arrived shortly before 9 on Saturday morning and service was friendly. Food was so good! Savory scone was delicate and buttery. The Everything was outstanding. Line can seem long but goes as quickly as possible and worth the wait.

This is currently drive-thru only, but there are murmurs they might open for inside seating!
The coffee is delicious and so is the food. Pretty much everything is made in-house from the coffee syrups to the pastries to the bagels! The food is a little pricey, but it is worth it. The Bagel Experience is amazing. There are also vegan options (cream cheese) which is much appreciated. This place is a little bit "out of the way" but it is worth the drive/detour!

Stop in if traveling along the Seward Highway! We stopped for a coffee and breakfast and oh wow was it all delicious! The vegetarian bagel was so fresh tasting, the peach scone was moist (how I like my scones, personally!) and the breakfast focaccia was to die for! So many good flavors, the staff were so friendly, and such a great view even on a dreary day!

The customer service is truly stellar. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and always ready with a friendly smile. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive experience for every guest. And, of course, the coffee is fantastic—smooth, rich, and crafted with care. We prefer the Oatmilk lattes!
