My husband and I love stopping by Enoki Eatery- we consider it a must stop for eating in Sitka! All the food trucks bring much-needed variety for our small island.
The woman who runs it is so sweet and kind always!! As a veggie lover the fried cauliflower (it may even be vegan too I’d have to check), and my husband loves the musubi. Check out this truck it’s awesome! 👏🏼

Gretchen, the owner, is the chef. She makes the best fried cauliflower I've ever had, and it's vegan! The Cole slaw is delicious as well. The dish has an accompaniment of rice as well. Nice to find a trailer where the owner is the cook.

So, I am kind of a Bao Bun addict, not in a bad way... I have had some that are bad, I mean no effort at all and some that are spectacular. This review is definitely the latter. I just had the BBQ pork Bao Bun from Enoki Eatery in Sitka, AK. Oh my! I waited 15 minutes while fresh buns were prepared. The wait was totally worth it! When I came back to the window I was asked if I wanted the crispy garlic pepper on it. I said yes. You should say yes too. The sweet BBQ pork and the steamed bun with the hot crispy garlic comes alive in your mouth. I have found my go to spot for amazing flavor. Wow, just wow.

Traveled through Sitka and made this a priority stop for their gluten-free offerings. The menu is creative and the food is outta sight. I had the Kimchi fries and the black cod onigiri. If I lived closer than 4,000 miles away, I'd be there every week.

Absolutely delicious, open year round, this is where the locals eat. Well balanced flavors, perfect amount of spice. And great portion sizes. This is the type of place other chefs go to to eat.

Came to Sitka for a week. Of all the places we sampled, Enoki Eatery food truck was the best fare we had. Amazing steamed buns, and the musumi was divine. Stellar service too... we even had a custom-made smoked cod Musumi that made us feel so special!

This Japanese fried chicken is flat out delicious!! Also have to mention the environmentally friendly packaging, so great to see responsible business owners. A definite must try!!!

Enoki eatery has the best food in town and amazing service. The musubi has the perfect amount of fish and the chicken meal is so crispy and sweet/spicy. 10/10 recommend.
