This is a new Thai restaurant in Sitka. The owners just arrived from Thailand six weeks ago. We had the pad Thai with fried chicken and the salad roll. They added a house made sauce. Everything was excellent and fresh. The only reason I dinged the ambiance is that this is a cart and we sat on a log in the parking lot.

I have traveled the world and have experience a lot of food in different cultures. I lived in Thailand for a short time and really enjoyed the food there. When I came to Sitka I found this place to be the most amazing Thai food I've ever had in the US. So happy to have found the food that I love the most. If you find your self here in Sitka off a cruise ship you should definitely check this place out. You can find their menu on Facebook if you want to look ahead to see what they have. The couple that owns this are amazing and very friendly.

This culinary masterpiece combines aspects of Thailand and Alaska. The owners are so sweet and knowledgeable. Our food was a ready in less than 5 minutes. Try this health, warm, and beautiful meal on a cold Alaskan day. Thank you guys for the amazing experience!!!

Amazing food and service. The couple running the cart are just great people, wonderful energy and the food is out of this world. Filled with taste throughout and the creamy coconut adds so much flavor. A must have and we're hopeful they become a staple in Sitka long after the cruise ships leave for the season.

An authentic experience - even beautiful edible flowers and sculpted cucumbers, like you see in Thailand. Bright colors, delicate spring rolls, excellent pad Thai and a gorgeous “blue” rice. Outdoor seating at their picnic table or take it to go. It’s located right across from cruise ship shuttle drop area. By Yellow Jersey Bike shop.

We are currently on a Royal Caribbean cruise through southeast Alaska and were about to start one of our excursions to the Fortress of the Bear. Before we left we wanted a quick lunch before it and saw this tent across the street serving Thai food. We ran over and discovered some of the most amazing food we’ve had on our trip so far! Their choice of food was Tom Kha Gai with chicken and blue rice and it was heavenly! Just the right amount of spice and they gladly refilled our rice when we had a lot of broth left. They even provided a free sample of their milk tea, I believe, that was the perfect finish for the meal. So glad we found this new little restaurant and everyone should definitely seek it out!
