Awesome!!! Couldn’t find any tickets for the White Pass train anywhere, then stumbled across M&M Tours/Skagway Excursions and got tickets for bus/train combo tour. 8:15 bus tour was so foggy that I thought the whole day might be a bust. Thankfully it cleared up for the train trip back down. STUNNING views! So glad found this company!

Can't say enough good things about this company! They were able to get three of us, two great tours in two ports after the cruise company canceled us. If you can, take the East Arm flight with Paul, you won't be sorry. Paul was great, like taking a drive down to the park with a friend.
I even tried to give one of the guys behind the counter a few dollars for helping us out and getting us onto the shuttle; he wouldn't take it. He just said, go have fun. Truly good people. Thank you, we will be back.

To get on the train was kind difficult. They had to stand in line for at least an hour or more. I think they can make that a little easier. Places nice and neat. Train ride was awesome

We visited Skagway October 11, 2023. We had booked a tour with another company, but for several reasons, we were not able to make that tour (not the company's fault and they were great to work with). M&M was able to accommodate us with the City highlights and Summit tour at the end of the day. Our guide/driver, Mike, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and also very funny. He gave us time to take pictures and look around at key stops, and was available to answer all our questions. We had taken a tour with M&M in Juneau the day before, and were pleased with that tour. The one in Skagway was even better. Overall, when going to Alaska, I wholeheartedly recommend M&M Tours. They have been great to deal with prior to our arrival when booking online our Juneau tour and saved our day in Skagway thanks to their 3:30 pm tour.

We made a quick visit to the booth situated near the cruise ship, only to encounter an individual with an exceptionally unpleasant demeanor. Initially, he completely disregarded our presence until he reluctantly inquired about our needs. When we explained our desire to find another tour following our helicopter ride, his response was disinterested: "Let me know if you spot anything." He then walked off, engaging himself in some task at the rear, while we stood there awkwardly. Feeling dismissed, we eventually decided to walk away, with the gentleman remaining silent.

M&M Tours is great to work with, the staff is very accommodating. I have taken 2 different tours with them one being the Skagway Streetcar which was very informative and relaxing. The other was the Yukon Expedition our Guide was John he was AWESOME he gave us information all along the tour and was able to answer all questions that he was asked. I know that he had no control over any wildlife sightings but on this tour we actually seen 6 bears, 2 eagles and some dall sheep. I highly recommend M&M tours to everyone,
