I stayed here on 7/25/24 room was cool, clean, & quiet, bed was comfy. Theirs lots of local dining and staff was great. There was big breakfast and hot coffee available. Bathtub didn't drain but it was just me so no big deal. I'd stay here again!

We had a great experience. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean. In the evenings they put out cookies and fresh fruit! Everything about our stay was good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Check in was prompt and efficient with a friendly welcome. We were recognized as Honors members and given water. ||Room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the pillows on the bed. Neither my wife or I could find one that suited us and it seemed like the pillows were smaller than usual, more square shaped than rectangle.||Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot.||My only complaint is that they need signs put up to tell quests with pets to not take their pet into the food area. It is bad enough to have to eat your breakfast next to a pet but to have that same pet wandering around where the food is located is not appealing at all.

Our hotel experience here was awful. Staff are rude and unhelpful, and in addition to that they embarrass you in front of other guests. We stayed here one night and after booking off a 3rd party website we needed to dispute extra charges that had been added to our account unnecessarily. When we approached the hotel and told them this they said there was nothing they could do & they proceeded to charge us money we had already been charged. The next morning when we explained all this to the manager and asked for documentation we needed(who I think was called Erin)she was very rude and said she could not help us further and would not give us the necessary documents. I phoned again today asking for the documents we needed, and once again she was very rude. I found the whole experience very upsetting and just downright awful. I stay with Hampton all the time and have never encountered this. I phoned the corporate office today(who were very helpful and nice)and explained what had happened. They were very upset and proceeded to open an inquiry as to why we were treated this way. They also organised the necessary paperwork we needed in order for us to get the refund we needed after being very overcharged. They were completely helpful where the hotel had just gone out of their way not to help us. They even went out of their way to help us on our next booking. If you have a complaint with Hampton I would suggest phoning the corporate office and bypassing the actual hotel, they are much nicer and way more helpful.

This is the first time I stay in this location and I was very happy I did. My mom and I had a very nice experience and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. I will definitely stay here again on my future road trips. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Most friendly staff at a Hampton Inn that I have ever encountered. Everyone was proactive in greeting guests and extending their welcome. My room was roomy and clean.

Having said that, the bathroom vent did not work so the sauna-like humidity from the shower dissipated into the room and thus made the air uncomfortably damp.

Breakfast options were aplenty, but lots of items didn’t taste very good. The coffee was watered down and lukewarm. The bacon was soggy, and the oatmeal did not seem fully cooked. Waffle machine also didn’t sufficiently cook the batter so perhaps the timer needs to be set longer.

Very nice staff. A shout out to Patrick who came to the rescue when a full bottle of dishwashing detergent spilled in the trunk of our car. Our room was very clean, as was the lobby. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurants in the same parking lot.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Tuscaloosa- East was wonderful! We showed up with an extra grandchild and they didn't even bat an eye. LaShun was very welcoming! Our room was clean and comfy, the grands and grandpa used the pool and we had a great sleep! Breakfast was plentiful and there was a good selection to choose from. We had a terrific stay and will reccommend this Hampton Inn to everyone we can!
