Alaskan Dream Cruises exceeded our expectations! The crew was amazing. The food was fabulous! The excursions were perfect. Each village we went to had a local talking to us and telling us their history it was beyond what we had envisioned. We are already looking at another cruise for next year.

Our "Ice of the Inside Passage" trip exceeded all expectations. The itinerary was well-planned and included so much more dramatic scenery and wildlife viewing than we expected. Meals offered diverse options, including lots of local seafood. All of the crew were friendly and helpful, and made sincere efforts to connect with the guests. Our cabin was small but comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. This was our first cruise and it checked all our boxes. The kayaking and skiff excursions were a nice inclusion, as were the many visits to museums and cultural sites along the way. There were no children on board, and I can't imagine most would enjoy the limited options for play. Stairways are steep and would require close supervision. Older kids interested in photography, wildlife viewing, indigenous culture or geography of the Inside Passage would be thrilled. If you want an unplugged, immersion trip through the Inside Passage and all it's spectacular glory, and don't need extra entertainment, this just might be the trip you're looking for. Experience enhanced by daily educational presentations by the three expedition leaders.

This trip was wonderful. Very well organized, excellent food and excellent itinerary. We saw very beautiful awe inspiring scenery and wildlife. The crew all did an outstanding job. Everyone did everything to make things perfect. I may return to do it again. Thanks Alaskan Dream Cruises

We just returned from a wonderful week on the Alaskan Dream. The itinerary was a perfect blend of culture, history, and lots of wildlife and scenery! The crew worked well together and always found a way to exceed our lofty expectations. The boat was excellent for spotting animals and we were able to get about anywhere Captain Eric wanted. It was unforgettable but just in case, I took a bunch of pics!

What a great trip! Always wanted to see whales and orca and bears and eagles in the wild and we got to see them all. The boat is a great size, only holds 40 passengers so you get to know everyone. We had a very fun group of people from all over. A bunch from New Zealand and Australia and they were so fun. Corn hole most nights against the crew and other games. They provide excellent rain gear, which was needed, and even though we had a lot of rain, we got to see spectacular glaciers, a lot of whales and had a great time. Food on board was very good with a variety of selections every meal. Every person on the crew was super friendly and helpful. Fabulous trip!

Our cruise through the Inside Passage was indeed a dream cruise. We especially enjoyed the small size of the ship, which held just 49 passengers. It allowed us to get into narrow fjords where larger ships could not go. We also got to know nearly every person among our group of interesting, congenial fellow passengers. The crew were fantastic; they went out of their way to make everyone’s experience first rate. The food was very good, as were the various educational programs onboard. Shore excursions were excellent. We especially enjoyed meeting local Native Alaskan tribe members and learning about their history and culture. We saw lots of wildlife: whales, seals, sea lions, sea otters, puffins, bear, mountain goats. The scenery was spectacular. A special treat was the optional jet-boat trip to LeComte Glacier, where we rode over the ice floes and saw dozens of seals and their pups. We will long treasure our memories of this fabulous cruise!

The crew of the Admiralty Dream was amazing! They were extremely attentive and accommodating. They were friendly and welcoming. The excursions were fun and accessible for a variety of mobilities and fitness levels. The staff was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information.

We learned a lot about the Tlingit people and even had bedtime stories every night that were tales of the Tlingit traditions.

The hospitality staff went over and above to provide assistance with on shore issues. My luggage was delayed four hours past the beginning of our cruising time, but the staff went out of their way to make sure I had my luggage before I woke in the morning.

Additionally, I had trouble finding accommodations in Sitka, and the staff found lodging for at the very last minute!

We saw a lot of wildlife. The captain even went out of his way to take us where he knew we would see bears!

All adventures are unique but this one is one of a kind. The Captain and crew on the Alaskan Dream are incredible and did a great job making every days adventure run smooth. We were lucky enough to see whales several times throughout the trip. Also bears, deer, eagles, puffins, otters, seals, porpoise and orcas were seen on the cruise. We got closer into areas that the larger ships couldn't. The cultural learning gave us more background and understanding into the area and its people. Getting to meet the people of the area and actually talk with them made the trip that much more meaningful. Each cruise will be different but what an adventure.
