You walk in this place and you're instantly family.
I personally have never been here but it will not be the last time I am here
The waitress that we had, she was absolutely amazing and the food was absolutely amazing. I had the catfish fillets and two sides, hush puppies, it was $11. I'm talking about it was absolutely amazing and the experience was great, the parking lot was cleaning it was in a great area it was right on the main road you can't miss it. What a great experience. Thanks a lot

My mother in law has cancer and has a doctor appointment every Tuesday.... she loves chicken livers as does my wife and me.. Betty's has really good livers, but the last 3 times we've got the orders to go and the livers are hard...extremely hard. It's pretty obvious that they aren't fresh. My wife even asked today before they ordered and they said they were fresh. They lied thru their teeth...do freaking better.

Pleasant surprise. BBQ plate was perfect. Large serving of coleslaw and crispy fried green tomatoes. Chicken and Dumplings was the other order with okra.
Read the daily special meal. Usually your best deal. Be sure to add the desert of the day, only available on special.

First time here. Portions are small. You’d expect a restaurant size bun for your BBQ if you pay $11 for the sandwich but it was small regular size. Fries were small amount too. Very small. No BBQ sauce on the table at a BBQ joint !!! It was OK. Much like what you’d fix at home. Food not that great.
Staff was so friendly. Place was clean. Nice atmosphere.

I can't say enough good things. Great waitresses, excellent food (the sliced tomatoes and onions and cornbread with meals alone would keep me coming back) and sinful desserts. Everything seasoned to suit everyone. And the best chicken livers since my grandma Gussie died.

Bar BQ sandwich was ok but the sauce was interesting, either had too much cinnamon or nut meg. Love the cheese curds and sweet tea. Customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice.

Used drive through, ordered pork with 2 sides. Pork was good, sauce was OK. Slaw was good and the greens better. I got the wrong bread, but service was fast and courteous. I'd try it again.
