I booked my mom's round trip flight from the Philipines and her name was entered wrong. Aseana airline charge me twice so instead of 1,200 dollars. Aseana took 2,400 dollars in my account and the owner's answer is "I don't know, I was not the one who charged you". I ended up cancelling the flight and went to my bank to report the incident. I had my money back after a week. Sunshine travel never return the 50 dollars that I paid extra for my mom to catch the earliest next flight from Seattle to Fairbanks, AK, so she won't stay 9 hours in Seattle. I successfully booked my mom's flight at Vagabond Santa travel agency. What a shame. Owner not friendly, she sent me out to the park because I have my kids with me. My kids stayed outside in her office though but she didn't like to hear my little girl's lovely voice while talking to me.
