💯 Love this Shop! Conveniently located between Soldotna & Kenai, this shop is wonderful. They always have cheerful ladies who are working hard. They have not just coffee drinks but super delicious healthy drinks! These things are packed with goodness for your mouth and body lol! We love coming here and love ape your money at a local shop who we know cares about their products and their customer service! They don’t rush you and if you need to take time they have a menu that they can hand you so the rest of the family in the car can decide what to order without having to try to read the wall board. This makes it super handy to those sitting in the back or for those who have a hard time seeing. They always do an outstanding job making our drinks and we have never been disappointed! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about this business! Not only do they have great tasting coffee but they have an abundance of healthier food and drink alternatives. All of the girls are so sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Hunter - the owner - goes above and beyond for her customers. She orders the highest quality ingredients from out of state and even out of the country! She supports and sells other local business products in her shop and every month she chooses a reputable charity in our community to donate a portion of her proceeds to. I double fist Lift & Sip Co every morning with a delicious tasting iced coffee and a protein smoothie that I supplement for breakfast when I am too busy to make something myself. She has the macros listed for those of you wanting to track and she can help recommend something if you're looking for an energy boost, a pick me up, something fun tasting for the kiddos and even treats for your puppers! I recommend the Flexing Bronana, Breaking the Fast, the Stairmaster and the Cold Brew Coffeee!!! I absolutely love Lift & Sip Co, and highly recommend you try them!

I stopped in yesterday and bought two smoothies and two decaf coffees. The smoothies are absolutely delicious, not too sweet but just right. The coffees were great tasting. The lady working was super helpful about restaurants in the area. Would come back!

I have tried Lift and Sip twice now. The first time I ordered a 16oz s'mores protein shake. The barista was friendly and the drink was good! The second time I ordered a 16oz oreo protein shake. The barista handed me a 20oz drink and I asked to clarify if this was a 16oz. She said no and she stated the drinks smallest available size was 20oz even though the menu states the protein shakes come in 16oz size. I reached out to lift and sip on instagram to clarify the sizing and they never responded despite seeing it. If the barista had stated that when I ordered then I would have chosen something else since I wasn't prepared to spend over $9 for my drink. Finally, the oreo protein shake was a big disappointment and tasted very off to me. I took a few sips and then threw the rest away sadly. My two experiences were very different and I'm not sure which one best represents lift and sip.

Best locally owned coffee shop! The owners are amazing and they make the BEST iced caramel macchiato I’ve ever had. A lot of places add too much sugar, this is made, just perfect.

Always super friendly and amazing coffee here. My absolute favorite! Not just coffee, either. It was by accident I found this drink, but they have an immunity booster that helped me go from 2+ packs a day to quitting smoking cold turkey without the cravings. Love love love Lift & Sip!

Whoever was working there this morning at about noon was so kind and very sweet, she was extremely helpful and took the time to help me find the exact protein drink that I was looking for. The drink is absolutely delicious, I got the stairmaster and it is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this place, everyone that works there and the owner are extremely kind. High-quality for a good price, definitely recommend

Stopped by for the first time and their barista was super friendly in helping me pick out the perfect peanut butter drink. Not many coffee shops have peanut butter drink options so I was super excited to try their blended nutter butter. The drink did not disappoint it was AMAZING. Thank you to the nice and fast barista, the drink hit the spot and I will definitely be back for more and would highly recommend them to coffee drink lovers.
