This is an OUTSTANDING Arby's location for no other reason than their employees. These days it says a lot when you can go into a fast food restaurant and be treated with a smile and positive attitude. This location gets an A+++!!

We were hired to repair a wall in the back of the restaurant, and I'd have to say, this place was so clean, nothing on the floor, I mean not a napkin or a single French fry or speck of dirt on the floor, not a thing out of place, all the tables in back were spotless, the bathrooms were super clean, and the people who work there were super helpful and nice to us. This will probably be the only fast food type restaurant we eat at when we're in the area.

There was a minor mix up with our order-no big deal, but when asked if they would put Arby's sauce in the bag as they come back out with our corrected order, the employee rolled her eyes and walked back in without a word. Literally only writing a review because I'm incredibly shocked at how rude that was.

Me and my wife stop here while in Brewton. It’s a very well kept eatery. The manager is very nice and always remembers us which is interesting since they see so many different faces every day. The service is fast and they are very friendly. The bathrooms are well maintained and if you have read my reviews a. clean bathroom is taken into consideration for the review. I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures but I will add them at a later date. Stop in and say hi! The fish sandwich is good and don’t forget the Cherry turnovers! They’re good but hot!

What a refreshing fast food experience! Came in to eat and the whole entire staff is awesome! It is so nice to go somewhere to pay someone for a service and a product and not be treated like an interruption!! I wish every fast food joint was this way!
