I only ate got a to go order from the cafe. I've never stayed in the hotel so I can't speak to that!

But their food is phenomenal! Great portion sizes! We got 2 small orders of chicken fried steak (1 steak each) and a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy. They came with 2 slices of toast, 2 eggs & hash browns. The OM eggs were perfect!! And the yolks were so bright orange/yellow, looked like farm fresh eggs!! not the barely yellow eggs like you buy in the store. Muah! Chefs kiss!!

I just ate here, didn’t stay at the hotel but the restaurant is not very good. They need to hire more people to work in service. I first sat down and waited for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me, so i moved to the bar and after waiting for another 3ish minutes someone finally brought a menu. There was only one person running around servicing everyone and she only spoke like 3 words to every table on average, she handed us the check without checking on us once, and the food (corn fritters) were not very good. I feel like this would be solved if they just scheduled/hired more people in the restaurant.

Honesty I couldn’t say it better than this one as well, shame on these Palmer business owners for the way they treat others. “Bullying potential competition screams insecure and unprofessional. Put water on table but I was not asked if I wanted coffee or juice. Very short with my order. Food was very good 👍 Service not so much. Waitress never stopped to check about food or anything.

We were staying here for a week. Two nights in, I saw a mouse in our room and the only thing they offered to do was move us rooms. Then a couple lights later in our new room I saw TWO mice. I called the front desk and demanded a refund for that night so we could go somewhere else. She actually asked me “What am I supposed to do about a mouse in the room? Shut the place down and get an exterminator?” And I said “YES, you’re a hotel AND a restaurant!”

Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear the room next to you, their entire conversation.

Horrible service. Will never stay there again.

Really disappointed that the Blue Pizza has been taken off the menu. It was one of the best pizzas in the Valley. Settled for the mashed potatoes and gravy which were pretty plain. Just an ok experience.

Food is terrible service is god awful, actually was here towards the end of summer and had such a bad experience I thought I’d make a review but a friend said I should give them a chance next time I’m in town. She recently let me know she also had a horrid experience and said I should just make my review. So here I am warning others
