Had the pleasure of experiencing their Cat Skiing last weekend. Fantastic and great fun. Max and Stephen were incredible guides. Has a great mix of off-piste as well as groomed runs, all reserved for the cat skiing group. Will be back for sure

This mountain is a gem and should be treated that way. Core riders and skiers enjoying the funniest runs I've ever experienced for a smaller Mountain. Displace will only get better as they add lifts.

Amazing place to ski, just outside of Palmer, AK. We took ski lessons from Melinda and she was fantastic. We learned to ski and felt comfortable, after never skiing before. She was so great! Recommend a lesson with her.

The hills are great and everyone was so nice!

Great place to check out. Loved the time we were able to spend here.

There just starting but what a spot for sure. And the hidden gem is the food truck. If you want some of the best food I've ever had in my life . Trucks name Kings of the Mountain. And If you can bring an appetite you won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed skiing at Skeetawk last year so we thought we'd give it a try again this year. The mountain, lodge, and staff are all great and we really want to love it but Skeetawk suffers from the same issues that all non-profit mountains in Alaska suffer from. The customer experience here is awful just like it is at Hilltop. Nobody manages the lines and the skier load has just outpaced lift capacity in just a few short years. There are almost no skiers up on the mountain because they are all in line waiting while 2 seat (3 seat capacity) loads go up the mountain. We won't buy another lift ticket until something is figured out to get skiers up the hill.

Great little place to ski! Love the price, love the proximity, love the staff. It is a smaller ski area (for now) with only one chair lift. There are black diamond runs but they’re more technical than steep, so not the most adventurous mountain for now. The mountain may be small and the runs short, but the ski line moves quickly so you don’t have to wait for too long. Plus they have night skiing which is essential for Alaska. I hope that Skeetawk makes it to phase 3 and beyond! I went in December 2023 and finally wrote my review now.

Beautiful small resort (with big plans to become larger). Rentals were well tuned, boots fit good enough, definitely impressed with that. Trails were well maintained and surprisingly fun for only 300 feet of vertical drop. If you come during the weekday evenings, it seems you have a very good chance of having almost no line at the lifts.
Very happy to spend my first day of Alaskan skiing here.
