It isn't fancy, but it is nice. A great dining room that takes care of the guests 24/7... but don't expect lobster and caviar. A great sundry store that can meet most of your needs. Comfortable, straightforward rooms; helpful staff... lots to like here. Be ready to wear those booties, though!

Awesome room and amenities and wifi. All meals included. Better dining selection than a restaurant and all you can eat. Breakfast, lunch, n dinner. Reclining easy chair in room along with large desk and office chair seating. Big flat screen tv wth satellite television. Big queen size bed. Plenty of towels and linens. Loved it loved it

Anyone that does not give this place 5 stars doesn't get it. They have their priorities right here. Comfortable beds, thick sheets, black out curtains, and emphasis on being quiet and lots of all you can eat food.

I've been to so many nice hotels with thin sheets, hard beds, skimpy expensive food and loud neighbors.

They know people here want to sleep good, eat good and get clean and recharged.

Are the rooms big and fancy? No, but you are in the arctic, who cares.

Is the food 5 star Michelin rated? No but it's damn good when you just spent 30 hours on the Dalton in a Miata.

The place is simple so my review will follow suit - they take care of you, and feed you surprisingly good meals. If I ever return to Prudhoe Bay, I’ll be excited to stay at the Aurora again.

ROOMS ARE SMALL AND SOMETIMES SMELL LIKE SEWAGE FOR AWHILE AFTER THEY PUMP THE TANKS. FOOD IS PRE-HEATED CAFETERIA FOOD. YOU NEVER SEE ANYONE ACTUALLY COOKING ANYTHING. IF THE DEEP FRYER BROKE THEY'D BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

Great no frills accommodation. They left the keys in the front desk for our 3am arrival! Great customer service. Clean dorm rooms. They slotted us in on very short notice. It’s an impressive operation!

Horrible location! I mean it’s in the Arctic! But will go back!

Okay so the rooms are expensive but the food is free and all you can eat and the laundry is even free. My riding partner and I paid a total of $400 for Jack and Jill rooms (private rooms connected by a joint bathroom) six all-you-can-eat meals, two loads of laundry, free WiFi, and four hot showers. I don’t think it was a bad deal at all.
