We stayed for 4 nights and we were pleased with the room. The beds were comfortable and there were at least 2 pillows firm enough to get a good sleep! The room was clean and well stocked. The front desk person was professional and checked us in quickly. Staff we saw in passing were all friendly and welcoming. Other than not having a proper breakfast available, it's a great place to stay. The location was convenient to all of our activity plans.

The mattress was extremely comfortable. We thought we were getting a suite, bedroom separate from livingroom, based off of pictures on the website, but that was not what we got. It was spacious, things looked fairly new and well kept. It's weird that the carpet seemed loose, as in not glued or tacked down. The people working the front desk were all very nice. The little store was nice to have. The laundry room was a true blessing.

Location - conveniently located in major shopping area. Walmart and restaurants are walking distance from the hotel.
Amenities - guest laundry is complimentary. They have a convenience store they call “cupboard” commodities like laundry supplies are super affordable. Unlike other hotels that take advantage of the prices you will not experience that here. You can have coffee, hot chocolate and tea at the cupboard 24/7.
Staffs - they are friendly and accommodating.
Cleanliness - they don’t do daily cleaning but upon check in, we have no complaints on how the room was cleaned.
Facilities - my only complaint is there is water flowing on the faucet even when you turned on the shower. I hate wasting water so if they can fix that issue with no water being wasted would be great.

Tim was great! I called the hotel when I arrived by train and Tim had the shuttle bus picking me up within 5 minutes. He was upbeat and professional upon my check-in. He helped me update my loyalty club information and gave me a helpful orientation to the hotel. Nice to have coffee, snacks and laundry available. Room has larger refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. Coffee maker, hot plate. Easy stay.

We were only in need of a place in Fairbanks for one night before heading up north to try and see the northern lights. This hotel was one of the places listed by our final destination as a pick up point. It was a quick ride from the airport at a reasonable nightly rate. Check-in was quick and simple. They even allowed us a later checkout since we weren't getting pickup until the following afternoon. This isn't downtown but we did manage to walk to get food for the few meals we needed. The beds were comfy and the blackout curtains were appreciated so we could sleep in.

Stayed in town for a quick business trip. The hotel met expectations and more. Staff were gracious and helpful. The room was clean and the amenities pleasant. If I have to come back I will use this facility again.

It was nice that you can sleep in any day during the my stay without being waking up for the room cleaning service. If I wanted any type of room service all I have to do was to asked the front desk what I needed and my request was taking care of right away so I didn’t have to wait a long time to have my request accomplished.I really enjoyed my privacy.
