We stayed here 2 nights while in AK. The location is nice, as you can walk many places and good food is within a couple blocks. Cathy was simply amazing and friendly each time we interacted! The rooms were clean and fairly large with good views. The onsite restaurant was delicious! Lastly, the only complaint we have is that they ran out of breakfast completely our first morning. No coffee, no juice, and no food in sight so we had to Door Dash, unfortunately. Otherwise, very good stay!

Had the most amazing stay at SpringHill Suites in Fairbanks. Unfortunately it was only for one night - we would have loved to stay for weeks as the staff are just so friendly and professional. After a very bad stay for 3 nights at Chena Hot Springs resort where all the staff seemed very unhappy, arriving at SpringHill Suites and being welcomed by friendly staff who are clearly proud of where they work was such a relief.

The rooms are great. Super clean, very modern and look recently refurbished. The free breakfast was also excellent quality. They run a free shuttle to the airport and train station if you need with the friendliest drivers.

Cannot recommend SpringHill Suites highly enough!

Stayed here the night I arrived and again the night before I flew out of Fairbanks. Both nights were perfect. Clean common spaces and rooms. The restaurant attached to the hotel—Lavelle’s—is great. I enjoyed a dinner there twice!

Have been staying here for the past four nights. Checking out tomorrow. Mostly a pleasant experience. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious, no complaints. The housekeeping guys are very sweet. Jacquelyn and Madison at the desk have been great. They are sweet and very patient to us who are non-native speakers of English, traveling from India. On the contrary, Leslie at the reception desk have shown very racist attitude towards us - she is rude, spoke using slangs, and made us feel unwelcome at this property. You can understand this especially when another Caucasian appearing family is at the desk, how she’s behaving with them, and how she switches her attitude and tone while speaking to us. It’s 2025, and such a shame that people like her are still working in the service industry.

It's a budget friendly hotel. The location is very convenient as lots of restaurants are walking which is very convenient especially in cold weather. Their complementary breakfast is good. There is a nice park right in front of the hotel. The ice museum is also walking distance from the hotel to check out. There is a lot of car parking available. The airport is 15 minutes away.

My flight came in around 2am in the morning and the front desk was accommodating. The Security guard TIM helped me settle my luggage and walked me to the parking lot across the street.|The next day Israel one of the housekeeping staff was very helpful. He showed me some good places to eat nearby and gave me some other recommendations for exploring. He was extremely helpful. There is a cafe across the street which has a small shop mall inside discovered a restaurant called Sobo's. Mediterranean food, it was excellent. The hotel is centrally located downtown near river and within walking distance to a lot of things if you can tolerate the cold temperatures.

Great location and service |We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the breakfast...lots of options! They added items on the weekend so we always had lots of choices. We used the hot tub( not too hot) and the pool( cool but good after the hot tub). |Leslie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We liked having tables in the lobby/ breakfast area that we could use for our card games. The rooms were a good size and I like having a desk/ work area. The fan blew cold air all the time but the room was warm! We put a damp towel over the fan to help keep some humidity in the room. |The location is downtown Fairbanks and we could walk to restaurants and the Arctic Treasures was a great souvenir store across the street!
