Always an awesome experience, great food, customer service and not a long wait time for food to come to you and it's hot. Not sure about the one in Fairbanks, since I haven't eaten there in a while. This one in North Pole is amazing though.

It warms my heart that even Santa Claus can get some hearty Mexican food all the way up in North Pole. The steak quesadilla had a good amount of steak on it, and the decor brings some flavor to the ice cold north. 🐍🦅

Got takeout order tonight. Ordered a chimichanga al acarte along with 2 other items. What I got was a burrito with brown guacamole, zero salsa. Flavorless, lack of meat in all our orders. This place has fallen down the tubes foodwise, and not getting orders right. Paid $40 bucks for dog food. They best pick up their game or people will flat out stop using them. We are done!

Got 3 different tacos to try them out.
The birria, juicy with a little spice, very tasty.
The shrimp, tender, with a creamy sauce and fresh lime for juice, good.
The special with lengua, hearty, like a pot roast, pretty tasty.
There was no bad choice. The flavors were nice, the service was good, and the cooks seemed friendly.

Not great service, overcharged for food, cashier snippy when I pointed it out. Two different prices for same sized drinks. Enchilada was burnt, rice was cold.

The worst birria I have ever had. Does not taste like it at all. The food came all messed up when we opened the container. I would never eat there again.
