If you want big portions that is worth every penny, come here! Ordered the waffle sammie special and that dish could easily feed two people. It was soooo delicious! We also ordered the Korean mandu as a starter because I never seen Asian food sold at a cafe type restaurant. It was surprisingly pretty good and had a nice crisp! I also like the decor of the airplanes and how there’s a QR code you can scan to learn more about them. They seemed to be short-staffed when I went, but the crew handled the brunch rush really well. They were still attentive and did the best they could to help everyone in the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to return when I come to town!!

I would definitely come here again. The food was perfect you don't taste the oil on the food. Other places that I have the hash brown you can taste the oil.

Great place. I will go back. Main woman who seems to run the place (tall and of Asian descent) is cold to non-locals and borderline pathological in her mean-girl demeanor...like ease up with the act already. Been here before and same. Everyone else is awesome truly.

Country Cafe is a wonderful place for breakfast. The food is delicious and the owners and staff are absolutely delightful. As truck drivers, we love to find lovely local restaurants like Country Cafe. Every time we come to Fairbanks and North Pole, we park behind Safeway and walk over for breakfast.

Everything is great! Except the hours of operation are so bad. Closing at 1 or 130 is a waste of a great location and restaurant. The new ownership isn't anything to brag about. Not the best attitude. Seems like I'm an inconvenience at 1pm looking for a sandwich and a side of bacon for my dog. Won't be back. Sorry ya'll. Not that they care.🙄🤙

Ordered breakfast omelet, good quantity & quality. The special bread pudding dessert for $9.99 is a hidden secret! They nailed it, ice cream, waffle cone and perfect texture of bread! Highly reccomend!
