I’ve gone here twice and each time has not been good, even at a different location.
First time I ordered a tea, Italian soda, and muffin. I got my drink and then was handed a cookie, I told her I had a muffin and she fixed it but then told me have a nice day and left the window and I had to wait a little bit for her to come back and ask if I needed something… yes, my tea. 2/3 items messed up.
Second time I ordered 2 muffins and a bagel, bagel was good and then I got home to look at the muffins saw mold on it. I tried to give this place a second chance but it was not worth it.

The lady in the morning was a sweetheart. She was attentive and kind. I got the breakfast burrito with ham, salsa and sour cream. The ham was a bit salty, but the salsa was great and it balanced it out. Got a small latte as well ☕️❤️. Will definitely come back again before heading to work. I was first in line, and it took about 8 min to get my order (in case you are rushing to work).

The best coffee place in town. We go here a couple times a week. My kids ask for it after their swimming practice. The Baristas are always so nice and welcoming. They even show patience when the kids change their minds 100 times.

While waiting in line (a very long time) an employee in a tan suburban pulled up to the door, went inside, and made their own drinks. This is a very bad look. That person could’ve waited like everyone else but instead took up space in the hut and I’m sure was in the way of the people working causing the customers orders to come out slower. Even if that wasn’t the case it’s a very unprofessional look to have 5 cars on each side and then see this person waltz out with their order after they didn’t wait. It was a slap in the face. Very disappointed.

Great food and drinks if you're on a budget. I really recommend the breakfast burrito. For only around $5, it is really large and filling, as well as very tasty.

I was so excited to find this place. Location is great and they have white coffee. The first few times I visited it was perfect. After yesterday's visit, it has been made clear that I need to find a new coffee shop. I am most disappointed in the lack of customer service or response to my concerns. I ordered lunch from there yesterday 11-4-21 around 2 pm. I had been awake since 4 am and this was my first meal. I was very hungry. I placed an order for a BLTA wrap, same thing I ordered previously. This time I was really confused. They handed me my food wrapped in tin foil and it was hot. I thought maybe they mixed my order up or didn't hear the driver. Nope. I bite into a hot tortilla filled with soggy bacon & warm wilted slimey lettuce colored by bits of tomato, and I never found avocado. I was taught to not waste food and I was hungry. I had 2 bites into this with the slimey lettuce sticking to my teeth and I couldn't handle it. It was incredibly gross and I had throw it away. I get that mistakes happen, especially with new people. Again, I am most disappointed in the lack of response or communication from Glacier Grind Coffee.
