I suppose I shouldn't be surprised because this is the only hotel in the town but its basically a motel 6 for the price of a Hilton. There was nothing special, at all. The room was mostly clean but only had a mini fridge, microwave, and very small tv but was labeled as a suite. There were some cobwebs on the ceiling and the beds were not comfortable. The 'free' breakfast was some plastic tasting mini crockpot re-heated eggs and sausage. Guess i just expected more for $300 per night in September.

Comfortable and cozy! This hotel is a great place to stay. I recommend staying at North Pole Inn even though it is not in Fairbanks. The office staff were really helpful and friendly. They agreed to wake us for Aurora viewing, but the weather was not cooperative. This property is clean, comfortable, and I loved their fall decorations. We also had yummy cookies and hot cocoa in the evenings. The breakfast was really good, too!

RIGHT in the heart( off to the side) of Northpole. It is a convenient location to walk around and check out all the amazing town has to offer!

We stayed here while visiting family. The hotel is nicely decorated and very welcoming. Our room was spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of waffles, sausage, cereals, assorted breads and pastries, yogurt, and fruit.

The Hotel North Pole was well maintained, the rooms clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with selections and the breakfast attendant was helpful and friendly. What was otherwise a very nice experience was marred by other guests playing loud music, talking loudly at 4AM, which even the front desk seemed unable to resolve.

The hotel is really nice. It's big and spacious, and it's one of the best hotels in North Pole, Alaska.

There's this one room that's decorated in a Christmas style, and it's always booked out really quickly.

We came to North Pole to view northern lights, and who could resist staying in the Santa Suite! It was a great stay. The room is decorated exceptionally - all Christmas and Santa all year 🙂 Everything was super clean and very nice. They even had the extra pillows and blankets I had requested on the bed upon arrival. Check in person was helpful, and this hotel is convenient to everything. The Chinese restaurant delivers as well. Great choice for staying in North Pole. Thanks for a nice stay!

Very nice place at a good price. The facility was clean and modern, staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What else can I say? It was a little annoying that fox news was always on the breakfast room TV, considering that fox news has repeatedly and regularly been proven to lie and present falsified information (fake news) to influence the uninformed. A more neutral news station would have been a welcome reprieve from the fox news disinformation machine.
