We recently stayed in the loft room with a king-size bed at Lands End Resort in Homer, and it was fantastic! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our room was nothing short of breathtaking. We loved the cute patio where we could relax and take in the scenery.||||We dined at the resort's restaurant, and while it was a bit pricey, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Definitely worth it! One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the resort’s hot tub, sauna, and indoor pool—such a great way to unwind, and we highly recommend these amenities.||||Unfortunately, many places around the resort were closed due to the shoulder season, but this only gives us more reason to return! We can’t wait to come back and experience everything Homer has to offer when it's in full swing. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!

Kind of a dump. You are better off staying at the aspen suites. Rooms are dated, reminiscent of a creeky old house, and incredibly noisy due to the number of guests coming and going. The view is stunning, but it does not outweigh the isolated location and the lack of quality sleep available here.

The pros are a great location and room view! The cons were the carpets in the room and hallways were filthy! The bathrooms were cheap and in need of remodeling. My general sense of the hotel was that is was tired and worn! Better and newer options available off the Split.

This is the second week I have stayed at Lands End. I am very happy with the rooms I've been in, the front desk staff have all been wonderful and so helpful when I ask questions, and the view from pretty much any room is breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend, if you're thinking about staying here, do it! You will not regret it. Any time I'm in Homer now, I will be staying here. 💛

Our stay here has been amazing. Such a beautiful spot. I would say a highlight of our stay is Emily at the front desk. She has gone above and beyond to ensure our stay is as lovely as possible. She cares about providing customers great service.

Another wonderful trip to celebrate my wife's birthday in Homer. Location and lodge are top notch. Had to have maintenance replace a smoke alarm battery and reset the Direct TV but he showed up immediately and was quick to help us. Recommend bringing games/cards.

I want to start by saying the ocean side is beautiful. Great views, and the decks are nice. The hot tub is wonderful to look at the mountains in the evening, even if you are stuck to one time slot a night. The front desk attendant was always very friendly, and she was helpful when we had questions or requests. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was not good. Our room was never cleaned after the first night, even after we sent a text note around 3pm requesting it (which was acknowledged by the hotel staff). I'd still probably come back here again for the views, but I was rather disappointed in the lack of housekeeping during our stay.

For Alaskan's residents there is no AK residents rate. At check out you need to vaccuum and if you have a kitchen do your dishes & take out your trash. If you are used to firm mattresses, the mattresses are not memory foam type, they are a little sinky. To use the wellness center for the sauna, hot tub & pool you need to book ahead of time and only one item a day, but if you book the pool and no one else is using the hot tub you can call & request the hot tub. 1 hr bookings each, 1 a day.
