This place is amazing and a great value! Centrally located with nice amenities and geographically appropriate decor, this place will feel like your home in Alaska. Kristi and Jerry are very attentive and respond quickly to any needs that arise. However, not much comes up as they have thought of pretty much everything. Would definitely stay here again. One thing I'd like to know: what's the best time of year to return?

Our stay at Discover Alaska, lodging was outstanding. I was a super host with Airbnb for many years and I found Kristi’s place to exceed my expectations. Everything was nicely appointed with everything needed in the kitchen to fix meals and my friend and I both had our own private bedrooms and bath. I think the value for what you get is very good. I would gladly stay here again on my next return to Alaska.

First of all when you drive through the neighborhood it seemed a lil sketchy, But when you walk in Kristi's place it felt so warm and welcoming we decided to stay because like I said before didn't particularly care for the neighborhood, but we felt safe her place she had everything we needed she even provides extra on everything you could imagine, this place was immaculate!! We felt right at home and so very comfy and cozy, the beds were so nice too we all got a good night sleep just the right touch to get us back on the road again for our long week road trip. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Kristi!🤗

Clean and well equipped. Please note that the 3rd bedroom is the front room (futon couch). We booked this because we thought it was a three bedroom (missed the fine print) and we were disappointed as we found ourselves sleeping on the couch in the front room. Also note, the owners are sleeping in a trailer in the front yard (literally), also a little weird. We would not stay here again because the price was high considering those two things.

What a great home away from home Discover Alaska Lodging was! We stayed here before going fishing on the Kenai. Nice, quiet neighborhood; convenient parking; everything in the home we needed. I’d definitely love to stay here again!!

Discover Alaska Lodging has been such a blessing to my family and I when we first moved here. We moved here with no place to stay and Kristi was so kind and helpful while we looked for a permanent stay. I would recommend them every time!

Great property. Adorable cabin stocked with beverages & snacks. Just make sure you can handle the stairs. It was juggle up & down to the loft at night. Definitely recommended overall.
