I love to treat myself with my custom ice cream from cold stone. I always end up getting the same one everytime. My favorite is called The Pie Who Loved Me. Its cheesecake ice cream with chocolate syrup, graham cracker and oreos. Yum yum. Its been a special place for me to take my daughter for something sweet or to celebrate. she loves the coffee ice cream plain.... plain. What kid wants coffee plain... shes uniqur for sure lol. Its thats good and worth checking out. Treat Yourself!

Busy and dirty is the standard for this Cold Stone. Staff is polite but people hiding in the back letting one person handle the rush is ridiculous. It’s usually always sticky tables and trash on the tables. It’s ice cream and tasty that outweighs the atmosphere

Tldr: staff can't be bothered to acknowledge customers or say "be a moment"

Really desperately needed to use the bathroom. Husband was going to order ice cream while I went, however found that the door needs a key. While waiting not a single "we'll be a second" or any form of acknowledgement was made after what felt like an eternity (was really only like 10 minutes...but that's still a long time when three employees are all right there and looking at you just rudely not acknowledging you) Realizing that the time waiting should have been spent getting to the next nearest bathroom, and if I waited any longer I would poop all over the floor, we left.

Ordered an Strawberry blonde in a bowel and when I went to eat it , it had no strawberries and no caramel anywhere in it, I nicely asked the server that helped me where the strawberries and caramel was, because there was none, she was very rude and wouldn’t even try and help me, telling me if I didn’t like it , I could buy another one and that was all she could do, why are people so rude to customers and have no respect for their jobs these days. it’s a shame how some owners let their servers treat customers.

I went into coldstone today to get some ice cream and I met the four most
Well, mannered young man. They were all friendly talkative and were moving along the line very quickly and it was a very busy day. One of them was a real snack. I’m glad to see that coldstone has stepped up their game.

Super busy but the staff was great at keeping everyone movie efficiency. 4 choices for those of us that have latcose concerns. One was an almondmilk chocolate . Thanks we can only take so much sorbets before we go insane🤪
