My Family absolutely loves the Signature crust, soft top cooked to perfection, never a floppy piece. The B-Sting is my favorite, who would think Honey and Pizza would go together, so Delicious. We order often enough, the Owner knows our order by heart and makes us feel like family. He even called once when I had ordered online to confirm I was getting what I really wanted, I had made a mistake, he caught it, fixed it and saved my oops and saved Dinner. Highly Recommend.

Ordered a gyro and 2 pizzas
The gyro was awesome but the two pizzas we received are disgusting. Dough is super sweet with savory toppings. The most disgusting pizza I ever had. Never again. Didn't even get a credit for one pizza at least.
Very disappointed. Threw it in the trash where it belongs. Management was very unhelpful.
Doesn't deserve even 1 star. The owner was nice to send a response. The manager we spoke with said the owners wouldn't consider changing anything with the dough. So they really don't consider any suggestions. I worked for and had hundreds of pizzas, and this is by far the worst.

Someone brought me a calzone when I was at Matsu Regional in June. I stopped for a pizza yesterday, there was a wreck on the Parks so hwy was shut down at mm62, I live at mm88. I asked for a menu, a young man came out to tell me he would be making my pizza. Very impressed, it was so good generous meats and fresh veggies! Steaming when I got it, the crust wasn't soggy like so many are when I got home. I even shared with a neighbor, we split pizzas sometimes. By far the best pizza in the Valley and I have tried them all.

Knik Pizza is a awesome place!! Best pizza place in alaska. There is establishment is very clean and they're very friendly people there and they take the extra mile for their customers!! It is not only food for the stomach but also food for the soul!! I think it's really cool that they also do veterans discounts for our military I am a spouse of a dual service veteran so that actually means a lot to my spouse and I when places like this do that!! We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back and recommend it to all of the people that we know that love pizza and food for the soul!!

Disappointed, the pizza was not good and not even something I ended up eating it went in the trash. The dough is sweet and makes for bad pizza for me. Not worth the money.

I have always loved Knik pizza! This was the first time I have been disappointed. I ordered through their website at exactly 5:30 p.m. I received a confirmation email at 5:30 saying I’d receive my order (2 XL pizzas) at 6:20 p.m. I immediately received a text at 5:31 saying that my pizza wouldn’t be ready until 7:00 now.

I still hadn’t received my order at 7:15 so at 7:17 I called to see if I could get an order update. The lady on the phone was VERY, VERY polite and nice. She checked on my status and she said that my order was ready and they were just waiting on one of their delivery drivers to get back to bring me my order.

I called back at 7:31 to see if any of their drivers had made it back yet and the lady said that they hadn’t but that she would call to see where they were at. She put me on hold and checked on them. She said that they were 5 to 7 min out from the Kink pizza to pick up my order. Again, the lady on the phone was VERY polite and kind. I asked her if she new how long my order had been ready and if it was going to be cold when I got it. She said she’d check for me. When she got back on the phone she said the cook told her that it has been ready for only about 10 min. I asked her if she could call me when it was on the the way and she told me that she would do that.

I got a call from her at 7:48 saying that it was on the way. I received my order at 8:02.

When the driver got here, he was very polite, kind and apologetic.

I ordered an XL Cheeseburger pizza an an XL pickle pizza. When I opened the boxes I realized that the cheeseburger pizza was missing the onions, tomatoes and pickles. I called Knik back and talked to the same lady again. Again, very polite and kind! I let her know about the pizza, and after apologizing a ton, she gave me store credit for a free XL pizza. I thought that was fair and was happy with the resolution.

The pizza was very good and tasty like always, even the one that was missing all the veggies.

I took off 1 star for how long it took to get my order which was 2 hrs 32 min, and I took off 1 star for missing all the veggies on one pizza. I didn’t take off more than 2 stars because of the polite and kind customer service and the resolution to the mistake on the order.

Just wanted to drop a huge shout out that I happened to inquire if they had a speciality cheesy bread which they typically don’t carry so no biggie. However , when we picked up our order they gave us close to what I had inquired about for free, just because!! I can’t think of the last time a business did something so nice like this for us! I am so appreciative 🙂 and their pizza is always the BEST!!!

I ordered a pizza at lunch. They said 30 minutes. My friend went there around 40 minutes and they said they made the pizza with wrong toppings. I understand it happens. She said they would remake it for free. Why would you wait until we showed up to remake it. Why did you ask for my number if you weren't going to use it if there was an issue. She said it would take 15 minutes for a new one but I had the order cancelled and my friend left. 😞
