Great hotel. Everything is well maintained and clean. The breakfast was ok, with the exception of the scrambled eggs. You could tell they were powered eggs. They tasted like rubber. Other than that our stay was great. I loved the room size and the full kitchen.

Absolutely amazing. I love Hyatt hotels but this specific one is genuinely the best. To start off every person on staff during our stay went above and beyond for us. I was with Archie-my service dog and we were given a quiet building room. Breakfast had all kinds of choices each day. Beautiful lobby and plenty of places to relax! Our suite was great, kitchenette, table, sofa and TV, with a comfortable bed!
Its close to the airport and only about 15 min walk to nearest bus stop.
I am very happy with our stay!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay at Hyatt House! On a cold night, my husband and I were warmly welcomed by Na, who made us feel right at home. Her sweet and thoughtful assistance helped us make our king crab cooking experience possible, adding a special touch to our holiday. Highly recommend for a cozy and memorable stay!

Good stay. Lovely furnishings. Good beds. A bit of Friday nite street noise but calmed down after 10:00PM. Upgraded room was very nice but bedside lamp plugs were loose fit for phone chargers. Room service prices a bit high- sandwich quality meh.

My company booked a 2 week stay for our employee. They were unable to check in smoothly due to not having the correct payment on file. They called late at night to request someone to come physically provide payment, despite it being a weekend and after business hours when this is not possible. They had the correct email on file for the staff member to get the payment information from and stated they would contact them. Four days later they told our staff they could not get a key back until payment was received and that they had been calling and calling but not getting information. They listed my own personal cell phone number back which had not been called once. I again relayed they were to contact our travel department during business hours. Yet, they were addressing this issue late in the evening when nothing can be done. I was told that the hotel would not contact my business as it was "your responsibility to provide payment." I requested for the form needed to be emailed, I was told I needed to go find it myself. I asked if our travel staff could call to re-provide the credit card number on the phone, and was told this could not be done. The whole experience has been ridiculous.

Hyatt House is very clean, quiet, and the rooms are very comfortable. It is in the Midtown area of Anchorage, so not very close to downtown or the airport, but Anchorage is not very large and nothing is that far away.

The breakfast buffet is on the low end of average. There are NO gluten free bread or cereal options for those who need those, but there are usually eggs and fruit available. I made a sort of granola out of the nuts and dried fruits and some frozen blueberries, and along with a banana and some scrambled eggs and coffee I had an adequate breakfast.

My room is so cold that I cannot even go to sleep. I have to wear my socks to bed and put on a long sleeve and I’m still cold. I tried to turn up the heat, but it only blew colder air out and wow is that noisy . There’s no extra blanket in the closet . I went downstairs to ask about a blanket and the lights were turned down to a dim, No one around. I noticed earplugs on the bedside table upon arrival. I thought well that’s funny I’ve never seen those in a Hyatt before or any hotel for that matter, oh gosh ! now I know why they’re put there . This is the noisiest room I have “ever” stayed in ! I am on the road side of the building and it sounds like I’m outside. I have to be at an early appointment in the morning and I’m not able to sleep because it’s that noisy and the room is very, very cold. I love Hyatt and stay at Hyatt but this is unacceptable. It pains me to write a review like this . It’s a definite no return to this particular location. Burrr 🥶 ay too loud 👂 omg 😱

Bed was comfortable. Room clean and very happy with kitchenette. Overall very good. Breakfast is fairly ho hum. Not great but not terrible except the eggs sat there and were dried out. We couldn't eat them.||Other than breakfast attendant, staff were friendly and very helpful.
