Great place to stay. I stayed here for 3 days and had a good experience. Spacious rooms and plenty of amenities. A gas station across the street as well. Breakfast is free and served from 0600 - 0900. The selection isn't as varied as some other places, but it's delicious and fresh.

Rooms are comfy and packed with anything you might need. The walls are a bit on the thin side, as I did hear some snoring and doors slamming in the hallway. Nothing too disruptive though.

The staff are incredibly friendly and the place is clean. Definitely worth a look if you need a good hotel to stay at. Take this as you will: the entire building is smoke-free. There are ashtrays and places to do so, just not inside.

We called before check in to see if we could have a wheel chair accessible room as our son had just had an accident. They were so nice and told us we could check in early if we would like. We had a lovely 2 night stay. We checked with the front desk if we could possibly have a little bit of a late checkout as our son was not feeling well. No problem- once again they obliged. Have already recommended this awesome hotel to lots of friends.

Nice hotel. Way better than the Sleep Inn that used to be here. The front desk staff is extremely nice and helpful, especially Alex. Alex is the cats pajamas! Very good service! They need to make him manager and give him a raise. Ive stayed here twice in the last few weeks and its been awesome both times. Highly recommend over alot of other hotels in the area.

Would rate 5 but issue with room. Waiting to see how the manager responds. |So now to the room and facility |Super nice staff|Very clean hotel, rooms and grounds. |Newer hotel well taken care of. We had an issue with the room (as a cleaning issue )was needed to be attended to so put us in a different room. When we get feed back I will write a new review. |and give it 5 stars. However to be fair this is a nice hotel with a 5 star staff and because of my issue I still will be back and recommend. I realize things can be missed.

Great hotel! All staff members were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The OCD side of me likes that there is vinyl flooring throughout the room instead of carpet. Beds were very comfortable. Also liked that the hair dryer was pretty powerful for one of those tiny hotel dryers. Only down side for me was that the A/C wasn’t quite as cold as I would like for sleeping, but even that wasn’t too bad of a problem. Would definitely stay again!

Love the room. The front counter was also friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and very modern. Wooden or PVC floors.

I was driving a 26ft box truck and they were very accommodating by having parking for my truck.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! First of all, Alex at the front desk was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and courteous! The hotel is extremely clean and in great shape! Our room is very pretty, clean and so comfortable! It's just off the freeway but very quiet and peaceful! I will always stay here when I come to Idaho Falls and highly recommend staying here!

We really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were—check‑in was quick, and they were always ready to answer questions, which made us feel welcome right away.

Unfortunately, the room itself wasn’t very quiet. The walls are pretty thin, so we could hear a phone vibrating next door, voices and sounds from the room above and beside us kept us up most nights. It was tough to get a decent night’s sleep.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired, too. The “cage‑free” eggs and sausage/bacon tasted artificial, the fruit was limp and not fresh, and the juice didn’t even taste like juice. Overall, it felt more like a joke than a proper morning meal.
