My husband and I stayed at this location November 18th to 20th. We were in town for a medical procedure for our son. We found the hotel easily. Warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Our room was 443 - king room with a balcony. Granted this hotel is between the busy I-95 and SW 10th Street. Yes, there is road noise, but nothing that is disturbing compared to other hotels located near highways. ||Our room as I stated had a balcony, for us made it nice to sit outside with morning coffee, even with the I-95 traffic it was still enjoyable. ||The room was spotless - housekeeping does an excellant job, even with daily room service to refresh towels. ||Due to the nature of our visit, we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, althought we noticed hot oatmeal, and the standard continental breakfast offerings. ||We plan on staying at this hotel again in January when we return for a 2nd medical procedure for our son, and we hope to get the same room because we enjoyed it that much. ||We would recommend this hotel .

This is an older hotel but it's very well taken care off. The room brought back memories of hotels in the 70's for family vacations. OMG, the phone that you can dial 0 for the front desk, and yes, it does work. One of the desk lamps was definitely 70's era that was in great shape. The restroom was well lit, clean, and had the usual toiletries available. In the room, there was a flat-screen TV (great picture), microwave, refrigerator, and coffee station. Toni Ann at the front desk is so helpful and kind. I stayed here on business. They had an amazing spread for breakfast. Everything was freshly made and hot. You won't find this kind of breakfast at a hotel anymore. For the review that commented about the floor being dirty because their feet were black, I stayed on the ground floor and did a little test with some water and a couple Kleenex's. I scrubbed a spot on the floor in the traffic path. It was clean! That review is bogus. Next time I'm in town and need a hotel for the night, I'll be staying here.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. From the moment I arrived, Toni-Ann at the front desk welcomed me with exceptional kindness. Her warm, professional attitude and willingness to help made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

It's very convenient location, room is clean and big. They request clean room every 3 days. So make sure tip your maid, they will be happy and work harder. Also their breakfast buffet is great and lots of options.

We just wanted to share that Jeremy at the front desk was very helpful and involved with questions and concerns as well as ordering food and other suggestions to complement our stay at Boca Suites. Great help and personable young gentleman.
Also Kadeem took extra care and time showing us room choices at our arrival as we requested a walk in shower if available and he also was patient and showed concern for our comfort.
Great guys and we thank them both very much.

Place was clean, price was reasonable, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were neat, clean and nicely updated. However, the room smelled a bit stale - that moist, mildew smell. Not bad, but definitely there.

Nice till they tried to charge a $182 fee for smoking because they saw the packaging of a wrap in the garbage and accused us of smoking after we Did not smoke! We went outside every time and never smoked in the room! The manager spoke to me like a child saying not to interrupt him while speaking and that he would not continue the convo. I told him fine and let him speak yet when it was my turn he chose not to do the same! Bunch of frauds! Stay away! Their pool is fool of rocks and leaves! Never again! Pay cheap prices and get horrible results! Lesson: pay for a nice place! Cheap places come out more expensive!

Medical Marijuana users should not use this hotel if you carry flower...even if you don't smoke in the rooms; which is clearly understood!

The hotel just called and said they charging me a fee because they smell smoke. I told the manager I smoked outside in the parking lot on camera and walked back in. He could understand that. But he's insisting I smoked in the room because the smell is strong and he sees the cigar guts in the trash from when I prepared my wraps.

He says that they can't tell what happened, because no cameras are in the rooms, and he has to charge me because it smells like more than just smoke off the clothes. He has no proof and is just going off that, but never did happen. I don't even smoke in my own house.

Now they blocked me from ever renting with them again and they are charging me $250. 🤬

So even if you open the container and the smell comes out, it's proof enough for them to validate you actually smoking in the room.

Again...he said he understands if I walked in after smoking and the smoke was on my clothes (which was always the case and even tried to spray).

But now, without any proof and only speculation because the workers saw me outside during my 2 night stay, I am financially inconvenienced as I head back home and feel like I got ripped off without evidence.

I never smoked while in the room. I don't even do that at home; I sit on my porch.
