We love coming here! Anne always takes the best care of us, she’s the absolute best. She has mine and my boyfriend’s order memorized, and she always gets any mistakes fixed right away! She makes our Sunday’s start so bright, wouldn’t want it any other way.

Ordered a simple salad.....2 of them.... on my way home from a 10 hour shift .... my only request was cheese on the side of one salad..... answer was.... no problem..... my wife can't have cheese.... she is a nurse and needed dinner before she left for her 12 hour shift at the hospital 7pm to 7am... after me working 10 hours, we have 20 minutes to have dinner together ..... so.... they messed up my simple order, and the real disrespect came on my phone call to tell them of their error..... then when I got there.... a manager type guy was aggressively telling me that the order was made exactly the way it was typed out!! And pointed at the receipt..... I could only say... that's not the way I ordered it, or I wouldn't have driven up here to return your salad and have to drive to the hospital now to deliver her dinner in the proper form as ordered..... all I received..... was have a good night..... unreal..... I'm not bashing National Coney.
Because I've met their owner on a few occasions, and he is an awesome leader and great guy...... don't want to bring this bad encounter up to him, but I really felt.... well ..... I won't be back anytime soon...and ..... I guess that's not fair to him.

I ordered delivery of a Coke , a chicken sandwich, order of onion rings and chicken noodle soup. they got the Coke and the sandwich correct, I got a less than a half of container of lemon rice soup which I did not order and onion rings that were so soggy they were soaking in cooking oil and we're not really edible. I would take the extra time and a mile or two to drive to the Coney Island on 11 Mile and Gratiot where I have ordered before and they have never messed up my order. I don't recommend anybody going to the grosbeck store

I went to coney this morning and I walked in no one said hi just looked at me with a stank face . I was trying to enjoy my breakfast and really cheer myself up and the waitresses were talking about me and all looking at me with the rudest faces for absolutely zero reason I was just vibing to the music enjoying my food. It was a Monday morning tried to get myself hype for the day and the 3 waitresses could have done that if I was a miserable as they are

Food was terrible it said real eggs on the menu and they were those boxed eggs. The hashbrowns asked for them crispy got them, barely cooked and soggy Also, the turkey sandwich that we got look like it came out of Hillshire farm package meat in the grocery store. Worst ever will never go back !
