Love coming here after a ride and relaxing for a bit. I had the Love potion #9 and it was amazing. It think that’s what it was called. I have also had the breakfast burrito and liked it. Personally I could have used more sausage but it tasted good and was a good size too. I usually get a sugar free vanilla latte but had to try something different and was happy I did. They are always so nice and helpful. So tired of the big corporate ones that have no customer service. They definitely have it here and the coffee and drinks are priced right. I would rather support local any day especially when they are friendly. Definitely a repeat customer.

The staff is kind and helpful… Alex listened to my rambling and picked a bean she thought I’d like. When it was ready the coffee was whisked over to me. I enjoyed the conversation, music, and REALLY LIKE that the seats/tables are spaced out far enough that I could enjoy the experience without feeling like I was stacked on top of others enjoying their experiences 🙂

This is without question the most legit coffee shop in Rio Rancho, and in my opinion all of New Mexico. I’ll even go a step further and say top 5 in the country (I tour and make a point of trying a coffee shop every place I go). Everyone who works here is genuinely warm and conversational, not to mention skilled and knowledgeable. They are the very embodiment of the ethos of service. As far as the coffee goes, I’d have to write a novel to relay to you why it is eons beyond anything else around here. Particularly the espresso. Thank the heavens for Castle Coffee!

This coffee shop has the greatest atmosphere that I've ever been exposed to. Wonderfully nice and amazing staff. Very patient and great conversationalists. I've been going every weekend for about a year and can't get enough of this awesome place!

An amazing shop with an amazing vision, finally with their second location! You can see the love and care they put into every inch of the space; the same love and care they put into every drink they make.

For the craft coffee lover, their pour over options help you get the most out of some amazing in-house roasts. If you like it sweet and fun, their seasonal drinks never disappoint. They also try their best to feature local food vendors that are near each of their shops.

I had been waiting for this coffee shop to open and only just found the time to stop in.

Alex was so lovely and helpful! I got a lavender latte which was amazing. My son got a matcha latte with peppermint. The green chile morning bun was a perfect potato brioche that was easy to pull apart. The raspberry biscochito pastry had the perfect balance of each flavor.

The environment is gorgeous, comfy, and spacious. I would definitely come back and spend a few hours working here on my laptop.

One thing that really caught my attention was uncooked spaghetti. They offer them as a biodegradable stirring stick. They also let me know that it was gluten-free spaghetti. While I'm not gluten-free myself, I do often look at how restaurants consider all of their patrons, and they are clearly thinking of everyone.

Pleasant staff and I like that they bri g your order to you, that I didn’t have to stand and wait
But I found the pastry I chose lacking.and by the time it was warmed & served separately from my coffee, my coffee had already gone lukewarm.
Steer clear of their cinnamon roll.
I ate most of it but it was tough and doughy, maybe even a day or two old . See pic

What a great little find! Loved the decor. Loved how much thought was put into the design. None of that would have mattered if the star of the show was not good enough, but it definitely was. I appreciated that the batistas knew their coffee well and were knowledgeable. The food offerings were good too but it's nice that it doesn't overshadow the coffee.
