I travel often and have to say this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The doors to get in where all "broken" and the handicap buttons were broken. It was near impossible to get luggage in because these doors were so heavy, the sitting area when you checked in was blocked off with yellow caution tape, our first room smelled like sewage and mold, our second room spelled of mold, the pool deck floor was moldy and gross, the drains had black gunk in them. They offered to send house keeping up to freshen the room to help with the smell and a gentleman who did not speak english dumped almost an entire can of some chemical throughout the room and even when I tried to tell him to stop he kept going due to language barrier (not his fault). This caused an asthma attack and allergic reaction. The people next door blared their music until 1am so loud it shook our beds. After two calls down and us asking them to stop they finally did. People were partying in the hallways. Not only were we kept up late but construction started at 7am! It felt like we were in an episode of punked. We got a complimentary breakfast that was fruit and hard boiled eggs with cold oatmeal and lukewarm fruit juice. I will never be back and do not recommend.

It is a great hotel to stay. I stay here for work. It is a clean, nice and very welcoming hotel. Keyanna at the front desk is outstanding. She makes the stay better and treats each guest very professionally and with care and respect. Thank you Keyanna for making us feel at home while we travels. When our teams come here everyone gets a good reception and response from her. She makes the stay better for our team !! Thank you !!

Great location of a hotel. There were so many things to do in such a close proximity. I enjoyed having the Starbucks downstairs as well. The bartender in the attached restaurant/bar was extremely rude. Front counter staff were not overly friendly, except Kiana (not sure on spelling). Kiana was very friendly and helpful, even when they were busy and the phone was ringing. Room were not overly clean. The bathroom smelled, chipping paint, crumbs on the floor in the corners.

Positive: The customer service at this hotel was really good. They were helpful during my stay. Location was convenient to get into Downtown Chicago and surrounding areas. Negative: The hotel as a Four Star simply was not up to par. The pool and hot tub was truly poor and was nowhere inviting to every use. The hotel itself needs a full renovation and facelift to justify it being priced and rated a Four star.

Y’all— I’m not in the business of leaving reviews or complaining, but I don’t want anyone else to experience what I went through. We booked this hotel for a week for my partner’s birthday trip as a cost-effective alternative to staying in the city. We had issues daily, to the point where we were anxious coming back from our daily trips. Some of the staff are helpful, but they seem very unorganized and honestly gave me the impression that they straight up don’t care. Our room was very clearly subpar and neglected, with stains on the carpet, the walls, and the countertops were sticky and gross. We checked in late the first day and were tired from the drive in and requested a different room in the morning. When doing so, we were told that “we should’ve come earlier and that they were full.” So we made do. We also asked if there was an ice machine on site and were told no, but to grab a cup of ice from the hotel bar. (There’s ice machines on every floor by the way, which I later discovered.) On the 3rd day, we noticed our room was very hot and mentioned it to the staff. They sent someone up immediately, The AC unit went out and couldn’t be fixed, so we again asked to be swapped. The gentleman who helped us was kind and gave us breakfast vouchers and a fan till we could swap in the AM. When we went to swap, we were sent to a room that was dirty and unready, and locked out of our original room. On our last and final night, we were able to swap into a room that was cleaner, with a working AC. We requested daily cleaning, and our room got cleaned maybe 3/7 of the days we were here, and even then— bare minimum. At the end of the day, if you’re looking to book somewhere outside of the city for an extended stay— this ain’t it. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back and booked elsewhere instead of this. I’m beyond disappointed.

Pretty nice hotel. The service at the front desk was alright, they only ever had one person working it when we were there so we had quite the wait. The hotel rooms were nice and clean the tvs were older but worked well. We were there for an event and the hotel served us food for this event, this was some of the worst food I have had in a long time. The breakfast was super dry, lunch was premade soggy subs, dinner was a pizza that had to be a poorly made frozen pizza. They didn’t even serve the pizza with ranch so we couldn’t even drown it in ranch. This would be a 4-5 start hotel if I never ate the food they served.

We had a two night stay. You have to request towels and room refresh; its not automatic. Ended up having to get our own towels for Day 2.

Walls are thin, the rooms surround a gathering area on the main floor. The elevator can be heard as well as foot traffic in the hall. So it's not always real quiet.

The room is spacious but needed better vacuuming. Rested and relaxed comfortably, however. A Starbucks in the hotel sold food items during the day.

Room was ok but the door to the room was not to small for the frame of the door. You could see around the door and hear everything that was going on. On the second night there was a DJ playing loud music. We have a 3 and 6 year old trying to sleep but the music was loud and right outside our room. They played until 10pm and we called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do but we were not told that this was going to happen. So 2 nights of little to no sleep for my daughters. Then we paid for the breakfast, increase of $43 dollars for some fruit, bread, and cereal. It used to be scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, muffins, cereal, potatoes, and pancakes. Wouldn’t have paid that for what we got. This place used to be good but has gone downhill with service over the last 3 years.
