I’ve provided pictures below this place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! And doesn’t care There was dried blood on comforter and I’ve been calling and emailing and all they said was they can give me one free night. I’m AO SO SO UPSET I was better off booking a motel or the Hampton omg I cannot explain how shocked and upset I am. We were visiting out of town and we didn’t even know the comforter had blood in it. The amount of blood that was left you can tell it was NEVER even washed. I don’t care that you have to call house keeping because when I did call them and ask them to bring my a ch she of sheets and to make the bed they one didn’t make it up , two gave us two top sheets with NO comforter. I then had to call up there again at 1am to ask them to bring me a bottom sheet and comforter only for them to bring me a mattress cover and not a bottom sheet so we were still left without the proper bedding at the end of the night we were tired and had a flight to catch. Only being able to give us points to rebook with you after you guys clearly risked my health shows how much this company doesn’t care at all. My friend had the same situation happen to her a couple months before me too and she booked with a third party and got her money back at least some of it . You don’t know how week my immune system is nor do you know what this person has. Regardless if you’re suppose to call to get your housekeeping the beds should be changed after EVERY person. This is so grossssss I’ve had amazing experiences at better hotels . All they did was refund me my parking like hello This is the last of me and I will continue to post this everywhere . This isn’t even all the blood stains either .

I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM hoping to check in. I was told check-in wasn’t until 4:00 PM, but to return in 30 minutes. I came back at 2:30, was told to return yet again, and finally at 3:00 PM a room was available.

When I was finally given keys, the front desk employee offered me two warm cookies as a gesture for the wait. Unfortunately, the cookies had the density of a warm Lego — thoughtful idea, not-so-great execution.

Once I went up to the room, things only got more complicated. The room was freezing, and the thermostat didn’t work at all; the screen was completely dead. I called the front desk at 3:05 and was told someone would be sent right up. I waited for an hour without unpacking. After calling again with no answer around 4:05, I went back downstairs. The staff informed me the hotel was sold out and they couldn’t move me, so the heat needed to be fixed. Someone eventually arrived around 4:30, confirmed the unit couldn’t be repaired, and by about 5:00 PM I was moved to another room. Thankfully, everything in the new room worked properly.

Later that evening, I went to the hotel restaurant. The menu in my room clearly listed a grilled steak salad for $18, but my bill showed $27.50. Had I not questioned it, I would’ve been charged nearly $10 more than the advertised price. The staff corrected it and apologized, which I appreciated, but it was concerning — and makes me wonder how often this happens unnoticed. No small gesture (even something simple like an iced tea) was offered after yet another inconvenience.

Another note: the elevator buttons are labeled 1, 2, 3, and L. In nearly every hotel, “L” means Lobby — but here, the “L” stands for Laundry. If you assume “L” takes you to the lobby, you’ll instead find yourself standing in the laundry room. Whoever decided on that labeling might want to reconsider, because it is genuinely confusing and counterintuitive.

The next morning, the shower worked, but the water pressure was comparable to a Super Soaker on its lowest setting — technically functioning, but barely.

Overall, while the staff were polite and did eventually resolve the issues I brought up, the combination of long waits, poor communication, malfunctioning room, incorrect restaurant pricing, confusing elevator labeling, and weak water pressure made the stay far more stressful and disappointing than it should have been.

I really enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree. It was very nice for a three-star hotel. The Staff were super friendly and helpful. They even gave us the infamous DoubleTree cookie. The rooms were clean and big enough for two people. The bar was staffed by friendly bartenders who made us feel welcomed. The hot tub was a little sketchy for my husband, but the grounds are beautiful. There's a lovely running river next to the restaurant that we took pictures at. It's really close to Arden Fair Mall, and I was able to pick up some stuff I needed. All in all, we enjoyed our experience.

Good hotel near the convention center, will definitely stay here again.

Food was good but not free ($15-20), also had a coffee shop. Our room was clean and quiet, nothing fancy but worth the price we paid. Jacuzzi was clean and working, could have been a little hotter.
Most importantly the hotel is a very close easy drive to the convention center. Staff was all very friendly and helpful, even give you warm cookies at check in!

Also, parking was $12 a night, if that is a dealbreaker for you.

An embarrassment to the Hilton brand. Definitely not staying there again.
Day of check-in which was around 9pm, cable didnt work so I called for them to come it fix it which they never showed up. Next morning I ended restting it to work. I called to ask for more bath towels. 45 min later called 2nd time for the towel as they never showed up. Calles third time which was over an hour now and the front desk decided to bring them personally. Next morning the fire alarm goes off for the entire building which got us all up in a panic. Called the front desk to find out it was a false alarm. That evening came into the room all hot. Called the front desk again to get out ac repaired. techs came out and couldnt fix it. They moved us to another room which was slightly cooler and at this point it was close to 11pm and we were tired and wanted sleep. Middle of the night woke up sweating because it was again hot and ac wasnt working either. Suffered through the night and woke up to my son telling me that there was no hot water and so he took a cold shower. At this point we were ready to check out and never again want to come back. I did want to share experience with the general manager of the hotel but I was just provided with the supervisor for the shift. Also, I usually get an email for feedbacks from hilton but this time that email didnt come and you could probably guess why. Eitherway, the experience was horrible and I think the hotel could have done much better job or just my luck that I had to deal with daily issues for the entire stay.

I LOVED my stay here! The staff is fantastic, especially Chaz. Chaz made check in a breeze and was extremely informative about the hotels amenities and general navigation. The navigation was especially needed considering how large the hotel is, including 6 winged corridors. He thoroughly explained my room selection and gave me the best option for my needs! (I’d recommend asking him about the warm cookies 😉)
He was also generally pleasant to speak with and made me feel welcome in the area.
The rooms were well maintained and cleaned daily, with consideration for your belongings. All of the staff I came across were helpful and offered assistance if they saw me struggling with luggage or bags. I truly appreciate everyone’s dedication to assist guests.l

I highly recommend staying here!

I walked out when the young military men and women were leaving. The front desk staff was so rude to them. Listening to very loud music and with lots of profanity. When another guy was "slidding" around on a knee scooter when he didn’t even need it.
The dinner was delicious although, the front lady seemed annoyed, ended taking it up to my room. Had to give it a 3 because the rooms were Great for the value.

They charge a extra $12 to park. And if car broke into they not responsible . Only place I know that charges you to park after pay over $150 per night .And after checkout I get another $7 charge to my card. Booked online paid online . Didn't drink any waters they had in room that they charge extra for either. This place is shady and overcharging . BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING TO GET THAT MONEY!!! I paid room fee and all taxes and fees when booked the room. They trying to say I didn't pay taxes and needed pay more .When only thing they should have charge and held was the deposit for $150. Unless they charging for the roach in bathroom. Can't be for use of the balcony since you need a key to unlock and open it. So no fresh air. I know now why high deposit. This way they can keep the deposit by shady means. Must need the money after they finally remolded . This second time stayed there. 1st time was no problem. No bullshit extra charges ,taxes or shady business actions. Seems they do a lot of over charging and billing for more then what was suppose to be charged. Obviously this is intentional and fraud.
