3.5 I think is fair. 4 stars for service (especially front desk) overall is good only one time where we asked for something and it wasn't provided even though they said they'll bring it to the room. The cleanliness and condition of the room could be better, 2 stars. Spider webs in the room, stains in the bathroom, and the carpet was very dirty, bathroom fan didn't work, no linens and blanket and pillow for the pull out couch, we looked multiple times, and a/c needed a maintenance person to come over. Bed was comfy and the pillows nice. Bar downstairs straight up robs you, $10 for a pour of "cheap" bourbon when the same bourbon next door to the hotel at a liquor store is $20, the whole bottle. Other things I liked was they provided a shuttle for me from the airport. Oddly enough they declined a shuttle for my wife who was on a different flight. Room service only visited once from Tuesday to Friday which is fine but they didn't give us new cups or stock the coffee, only took out the garbage and did up the bed. Grateful for what we got but more coffee and new clean cups would've been nice

I stayed here while working in Detroit and had a great experience. I didn’t rent a car this time so I decided to eat at the restaurant (Grille 39) that’s at the hotel. ||I’m glad I did because the salad was delicious, the new lobster ravioli was scrumptious, the staff was very personable! It was so good that I went back both days. Our room was fabulous! Plenty of space, clean linens, rocks glasses for beverages, and a nice TV. The bathroom was spacious also, although the shower grout needs a bit of attention. All staff were kind and courteous, and the property was beautiful, top to bottom. We enjoyed some food from the bar, and we're happy to the proximity to entertainment.

Impeccable experience if you are looking for somewhere to take your family or while on business and for me it was both. I don’t travel often due to difficulties with PTS and this place met if not exceeded any expectations I could have had. From making the reservation over the phone talking directly to the sweetest front desk manager you could ask. Their restaurant, pool, and new ownership has clearly set the bar pretty high for me now and will definitely be returning to stay again. Please don’t forget to thank Wanda and the cleaning ladies as they don’t get enough credit. They should also be allowed to bring their families here to create a family work environment which I hear they aren’t allowed to do but expressed my support. Have a wonderful stay and hopefully get the red carpet experience we got ! Have a wonderful day.

First let me tell you how pleased our family was with everything during the banquet! Your staff was absolutely amazing! The lead for the night, I forgot his name was great!!! They responded to every request, from adjusting air quality, to supplying push pins, to adjusting serving time by 15 minutes ( that turned into 20ish). The food was great and very filling. The bar tender even gave a great suggestion to take a picture of our Uncle, who we were celebrating his 90th, with our newest family member who is less than 6 months old♥️ To my knowledge there were no complaints!!! Kudos to you and all of your banquet staff!!!

This hotel is disappointing. We stayed here while a family member was in the hospital. The restaurant was understaffed as there was only wait person working. The food was average. We paid for breakfast with our room and glad we did as the buffet breakfast was $25 per person. The variety was the same every day, soggy waffles, again the wait staff was one person. |The following day the tables in the restaurant were blocked off so guests could not sit where they wanted and at times there were no available tables. What really irritated me was the laundry area, two washers and one was broken. The sign in the laundry area said change was available at the front desk. I went to the front desk and asked for change and the woman working curtly said "we don't have any change" I told her I already had a load washing and needed change for the dryer. I even asked why she could not open the coin box on the machine to get change but the answer was still NO. Fortunately I went to the restaurant's bar and a worker gave me the change I needed.|Hallways were dirty, I noted a Cheeto that was outside of our room for five days.|I extended our stay by one day and upon coming back from the hospital to find out we were locked out, key cards were inactive. Luckily there was a propped open door so we were able to get inside to ask why this happened and of course no good excuse.|I wanted to again extend our stay by one day but was told the entire hotel was booked for the weekend, all 366 rooms!|The room was fair with the bathroom needing some maintenance. The trash cans had recycling and regular trash but the containers were very small.|Needless to say we will never stay at a Hilton again.

The location of the hotel was great. The condition of our room was not great. The room was dark, dingy, and with sticky spots on the carpet. The air conditioner in the room was not working properly, the only outlet in the bathroom was not functioning, and we were out of shampoo in the shower. We reported these issues each morning. When we returned to the room late at night, we found these issues were not taken care of. We where never even offered a different room.|The outside of the hotel had over flowing garbage cans and garbage on the ground. After 2 days the cans were finally emptied but the garbage remained on the ground. We felt like management did not value their customers concerns and did not care about the appearance of their hotel.

We have such a wonderful experience. We came from Pennsylvania to go to a concert. Stayed there for the weekend. We ended up leaving things at the hotel. They called us and let us know. The honesty was extremely great because they usually don’t do things like that at hotels. Honesty loyalty that’s number one with me and this hotel definitely fulfilled those. The only thing I would have to say is breakfast was not including the rooms, but that was fine. This is my second time staying at this hotel.
