I am so incredibly impressed with the service we experienced through Saehan Travel & Tours. We had a very complicated situation with our flight to Korea- we got COVID and couldn't travel. Ms. Jane kindly and patiently helped us from beginning to end, including helping us get the most money back possible with the first flight that we had to cancel due to COVID.
