Update:
The school decided not to work with them anymore. There’s one missing class that they couldn’t offer makeup. They promised to give the refund at the end of the school year. However, each parent had to contact them individually to ask for the refund. They first told me it would be issued in 15 business days, but there’s still no refund after a month. I had to contact them again to finally get the refund. Not a happy experience.

Below is my previous review.
My child’s school chose to work with this organization to enrich their after school program. After reading the reviews on Google I was quite concerned about the quality of the program. However it’s not bad at all. Our kids like the programs and they look forward to learning more. As for robotics camp, each 2-3 kids use a robot and an iPad. The instructors seem to be knowledgeable in the field. Also the program is also very affordable. This is the feedback after two weeks. Update will be provided if the program quality declines.

This was a HORRIBLE camp; if I could give it NO STARS, it'd still be too high.

My boys did it last summer and total waste of time and money. As others have said, there were no professionals, no organization whatsoever. Our kids were promised various sports, and they just sat around doing a lot of nothing; no flag football, no basketball, minimal soccer.

The 'counselor' was an entitled high school punk that really didn't care to be there or engage with the kids.

DO NOT waste your money or your children's valuable summer on this camp!!!

We had a wonderful experience at KidzToPros Denver. This was our first tennis camp through this program and the they exceeded my expectations. The director, Dimple, was extremely friendly and accommodating and asked if she could work with my son on additional things like coding and robotics (which my son LOVED). The staff members were very positive and caring. Without a doubt, I knew my son was in good hands. We can't wait to sign up for more camps for my other children!

As an educator the company is guilty of corporate cyberstalking. They tracked my location data while I was studying at college, and not working for them in any capacity.

One night I got an alert from the app that showed my ever move for 3 months! The companies’ “apologies”, was simply…” Sorry for the glitch”.

Before this, they hired me for summer and then said 1 week before class, that they did not have enough enrollment for me to teach. Leaving me without a job over the summer break.

This behavior is not okay. As an educator I would recommend a better summer camp with less shady business practices.

Do not sign your kids up here! (East Bay location) It almost feels as if the camp is a scam. They should definitely be reported to the BBB. Sent my kids off the recommendation of another parent. I very much regret not researching the camp prior.

The customer service does not provide proper solutions and the camp director Holly has still not taken accountability for the mess of the program.
Of course the kids have fun running around the playground and not learning anything but that is not what we signed up for.

Both of my children were supposed to be taking coding classes. The instructors did not know the material let alone the programs to teach anything. They were self teaching watching YouTube videos and playing Roblox the whole time. They did not follow a camp syllabus or gain any instruction.

Trying to get a refund for the camp is a joke. They send you on a loop of calls with no accountability. Apparently Holly has no supervisor yet is unreachable and is unable to process a refund independently. If I could give this camp zero stars I would.

If I was going to spend the same amount on a camp, I definitely would’ve expected more. I have sent my children to other camps this summer and they were amazing and equivalent price range. We will not be coming back. We warn parents in the future: Do not send your kids here!

Worst program out there. Totally dissatisfied. Staff is extremely hard to work with. Have recommended to our school to find a different program to use. Activities are too juvenile for the combined age groups. Kid to instructor ratio is too high. Kids are getting left out, and if they find the activity not age appropriate, are told to sit out and do nothing. Stay far far away from this program. Our daughter was left unsupervised outside one afternoon, which is where I found her when I picked her up, and they really didn't care. Said she was refusing to come inside, but didn't bother to call a parent. Stay away!!!

Our experience at Kidz2Pros-Chicago went from unpleasant to terrible. We signed up our 12 y.o. for a 2-week Python camp that was canceled ONE WEEK beforehand for low enrollment. Not awesome, but at least they offered to transfer him to the Video Game Design camp at the same location. (I couldn't understand the voicemail about the cancellation, or the customer service rep when I called back, but whatever.) But then he arrived, and there were no laptops and no wifi. It took them the whole first day to set up wifi, and when the kids tried to log in to Unity, they were blocked, and could only view the instructor's account. The second and third days weren't much better, and then I received an email at 7pm after the third day saying that the rest of the week (and all of the following week) was canceled due to -- you guessed -- low enrollment.
Poor planning doesn't begin to describe how this camp is run. It is the height of inconsideration to cancel camp 12 hours before a family needs childcare. Once a camp begins, YOU DO NOT CANCEL IT unless there is some long-term emergency.
If you need reliable childcare, and/or actually want your child to learn computer coding or game design, AVOID THIS CAMP AT ALL COSTS.

I should have checked the reviews before signing the kid up in Fremont, California. I signed up for 3 different classes a week and it's has been stressful. The classes themselves are fine but the management is a mess. Robotics Lego classes had no robotics and only lego. The kids showed up at the Hip-hop class but didn't see the teachers. We never received the refund either. Later when we reached out and was told that the class did happened and teachers were just late. However no one notified the school or the parents. Every time there was an issue it was forwarded to the district manager and that was end of it. There had been other issues and we have only been in the programs for 2 months.
