Convenient Location, but Everything Else Needs a Major Overhaul
I recently stayed here primarily because of the convenient location, which is arguably the property's only true selling point. Being just a five-minute walk from the convention center and close to several restaurants, including an In-N-Out, made logistics incredibly easy. The inclusion of amenities like the free breakfast, a pool, and a hot tub is attractive, especially for those on a tight budget.
The Room: Loud, Worn, and Tacky
Unfortunately, the minute you step into the room, the flaws become overwhelmingly clear. The entire wing is extremely outdated. The carpets are heavily stained, giving the room a dingy feeling. Noise was a constant issue; the in-room fan was overly loud and annoying, running constantly.
The soundproofing is nonexistent. We could clearly hear doors slamming and feel the vibrations of people walking in the room next door, making any attempt at relaxation difficult. I managed to get decent sleep on the second night, but the first was a restless mess.
Compounding the dated look was the incredibly tacky decor. The walls were covered in cheap, ugly artwork, primarily multiple duplicate prints of the same fruit bowl painting. To make matters worse, one of these duplicate prints even had a large hole poked through it.
The Breakfast: Cold Waffles and Overwhelmed Staff
While the free breakfast is a bonus for the budget-minded, the quality was severely lacking. The waffles were ice cold, flavorless, and had a cardboard-like texture.
The service was also unacceptable. There was only one attendant working the station, and she was clearly overwhelmed by the long line of guests, leading to very slow service. They also ran out of basics like coffee. During the chaos, we witnessed one guest fill up at least ten plates of food to take upstairs, which significantly depleted the already slow-to-be-restocked offerings for everyone else.
Final Verdict
The overall experience felt tacky and cheap. Beyond the poor room conditions, housekeeping is not automatic; they do not clean your room unless you specifically request it.
While the location is excellent and the free breakfast does technically "fill you up" if you're pinching pennies, I was not impressed and would probably never return here again. This hotel only serves as a bare-bones option for someone whose budget is the absolute tightest constraint.

Better late than never! My husband and I stayed here 1 night upon our arrival in California, and had our friend meet us here too (separate rooms). It did the job. Convenient location to Ontario airport and dining options, easy parking (very important when trying to drive on the right!), friendly enough staff, fairly decent included breakfast with hot items. The rooms were a little tired but comfortable enough and a good size with everything we needed. Pretty good value. I was a little confused by the apparent ski chalet theming, but I like quirky so found it kind of charming.

We actually picked this hotel mistaking it for a hotel with a similar name. I was tired so I made an oops and picked this hotel instead. The check-in process was easy and the lobby area was actually quite cool looking but that's where the nice qualities of this hotel pretty much end.

Pros:
1. Comfy bed.
2. Nice secured pool/spa recreational area.
3. Staff was friendly.

Cons:
1. Actual BLOOD STAINS! (Pictures attached)
2. Bath tub was dirty & had hairs.
3. Breakfast was poor quality. The tater tots tasted like they were either extremely stale or overcooked. They were extremely chewy and so dry.
4. The pillow sheets & mattress sheets were VERY stained.
5. The shower curtain had a BLOOD STAIN & was torn in multiple spots.
6. I don't think I've ever had such terrible coffee & we stay at many different hotels ALL the time.

I didn't get the room i wanted this time, but the one i got was beautiful just the same. I absolutely love it here. The Jacuzzi tubs are amazing, the courtyard is so peaceful... The look and feel is high end but at a price you can't beat. Ive been here many times now and i love somewhat local.... I just really enjoy myself here. I highly recommend this hotel. Probably always will

This was a great value. Rooms were updated, but not fully remodeled with minor signals of an older hotel. The patio was amazing, the lobby and breakfast area were very nice, and breakfast was very good... above average for this type of hotel.

This place has a lot of potential, but the effort to shine just isn't there.
I'll start with the positives:
1. Close to the airport
2. Walking (next door) to the convention center
3. Several places to eat within walking distance
4. Staff is friendly
5. The courtyard is secured and mostly relaxing

The negatives:
1. Staff isn't that knowledgeable (can't print receipts, don't know the area)
2. Rooms are aged and not the cleanest
3. A bit of a homeless problem
4. Breakfast is on the lower level of quality
5. Stingy with towels and washcloths
6. Air conditioners are loud and not calibrated well
7. Shower heads are leaking or the flow is whacky.
8. Hot water availablity is random
9. Water is fairly bad. First flow of the day in the sink and shower are usually rusty in color

What this place needs is a little sprucing up and some attention to detail. But if you can score a low price, maybe it's worth a stay.

Giving two stars because of the staff. When we first checked in we were accidentally assigned dirty room for both of our rooms. We went back to the front desk and the staff was very apologetic. The set us up with new rooms and upgraded us from double queen to double queen plus sleeper sofa, so everyone could have their own bed. They gave us the bedding for the couches and we went up to our room. The first room had a weird smell and when we pulled out the couch there was no mattress cover and the mattress was so incredibly stained I told everyone no one was sleeping on it. We went to the second room and it smelled much better but we once again pulled out the sleeper sofa and found a dirty sheet crumpled on the bed. When I knocked off the sheet the mattress pad and down through the mattress had a blood stain on it. The once again put the couch away. My son talked to the front desk and they apologized but there was nothing else they could do to keep us on the same floor as each other. Thankfully the other beds were clean so we just doubled up like we originally planned. Outside of the rooms, the hallways smelled like weed something awful. I was disgusted the whole night but only sleeping before flying out. Spoke to the front desk upon check out and they were apologetic again but that was it. Trying to give some grace as there was signs saying new owners just took over so hopefully these issues will get fixed but we will never stay there again The pool was nice and so was the courtyard

This hotel was great. The room was amazing and had a giant bathtub with jets.
I asked for fresh towels and got them right away.
Its in a very nice area so I was not concerned about crime or anything. My room had a sliding glass door put to the pool area which was very pretty.
My only issue was that I dont think they mop the floors in the room. I was barefoot and after walking around the bottom of my feet were black and dirty.
I just wore sandals or socks in the room after that.

They have a dining area, I didn't eat the food but it looked good.
