I’ve been visiting Salt Air Farms for a few years now, and I truly love everything they do. Their honey is the best I’ve ever tasted — especially the Peach & Wildflower and Lavender-Blackberry varieties. Absolutely delicious!

What makes Salt Air Farms so special is not just the quality of their products, but the heart they put into community experiences. They host a variety of engaging talks and classes, including one for children called “I’m Scared of Bees,” where owner Prudence gently teaches kids about bees and the sounds they make, helping them feel more comfortable. The session ends with a “Big Brave Walk” through the lavender fields.

I attended one of Prudence’s Hydrangea talks and learned so much about how to care for different varieties — she makes learning both fun and practical.

I recently brought my sister with me to pick Lavender in the field. Prudence demonstrated how to do it and we got to fill a large twist tie. My house smells amazing.

They also offer a “Bucket of Blooms” program, where you pick up a fresh bucket of flowers each week which contains the flowers that are in bloom on the farm that week.

Prudence, her family, and the staff are all incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I’m so excited for the upcoming honey tasting class — Salt Air Farms continues to be a gem on the East End.

Prudence and her team are incredible. Prudence was clear, confident and reassuring that our wedding florals would look stunning, and boy did she deliver! She plans, grows and designs all elements for the wedding florals and her creativity enhances them. She is a light in this world and makes the planning process stress free. I was stunned when she delivered my bridal bouquet to me on the day of my wedding. I will truly never forget it, it was the moment I saw my vision finally coming to life. When windy weather moved our planned outdoor ceremony inside with hours to go, Prudence and her team took the original floral plan and tweaked it to make the reception room feel like a chapel which perfected our intimate indoor ceremony.

Prudence and her team made my wedding dreams come true. They went above and beyond with our flower arrangements, and everything was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! They worked with me and what my budget allowed, and gave suggestions for how to best keep costs reasonable. After our wedding, I joined their flower CSA to fill our home with their beautiful bucket of blooms weekly! I will absolutely use them for any and all events that I host in the future.

Prudence and her staff at Salt Air Farms did a phenomenal job arranging the most incredible wedding flowers for our ceremony. Their creativity and passion for their work really shined on our big day. As a bride with very vague ideas of what I wanted regarding decorating, she took the few ideas I had and ran with them, making everything better than I could have imagined. Her creativity and attention to detail really blew me away. Looking back at the pictures, I can’t imagine more perfect flower arrangements for our wedding. And the staff really went above and beyond! A family member was supposed to be in charge of our centerpieces, and when the tables clearly needed more zest, Prudence saved the day by providing extra clippings for us. I highly recommend Prudence and Salt Air Farms for any bride looking for beautifully curated one-of-a-kind arrangements to make their wedding extra gorgeous!

Prudence and her whole team elevated our wedding to another level. We had a super rustic farm wedding and didn’t have a great vision of how to pull it together, we told Prudence to just do her thing and she delivered 110%. Every single guest at our wedding said our floral arrangements were incredible and we couldn’t agree more. She was so easy to work with and we had so much fun through the planning process with her, we highly recommend!

The floral industry can be a nightmare for the environment so I really wanted to find a sustainable option. Salt Air is a small, family run farm, local to the North Fork. Prudence runs the operation and I entrusted the flower choices completely to her. I told her I wanted lots of different colors and that I'd love whatever was blooming most beautifully that day. They are not cheap but it was worth it to me to shop small and also get beautiful florals. We also bought her local honey as favors (our dog's name is Honey 🙂 ) and they were a hit!
