The room was not like the pictures online at all. Everything in the room including the doors and appliances were old and worn. We requested a room on the 1st floor which was not given. We have an elderly dog and had to climb stairs with her which she could barely get up and down. I also am pregnant and high risk so the stairs were difficult to get up and down every day. The windows and the walls are extremely thin so sleep isn't easy here. Our neighbors came home at 3:30AM and stayed up partying until after 7AM. Also the Air Conditioner did not work great at all. We ended up surviving by cracking the window but then heard all the traffic at night and homeless people yelling. The price was reasonable but the overall experience was not great. If I were you just save your money for a nicer hotel or keep on traveling down to Pagosa. The only plus is the 2 people working the front desk were very nice and brought us 2 extra pillows and were nice at check out. There is no breakfast or coffee in the room either so if your wanting that this isn't the spot for you.

The facility isn’t really suited for families or folks with standards. The rooms were clean, but very limited house keeping, our stay was two days long and no housekeeping services were provided. The facility itself was covered in fresh paint but the normal maintenance has been ignored. Peeling paint, broken doors, clogged plumbing, no coffee makers in our rooms, no continental breakfast, or anyone on site after 2130. The vending machine are antiquated and the ice machine was broken and missing parts. The room rate was almost $125. a night which is at least twice what should reasonably be charged, it’s a $50. a night facility at best.
The staff was wonderful I couldn’t ask for nicer more pleasent people.

I stayed here for over a week and I really enjoyed my stay. I was always greeted with a smile at the front desk. It was a great value and great location! Collin, the General Manager, also went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. Thank you!

The listing photos did not reflect the actual condition of this property. Upon arrival, the room had bugs, stained bedding, and had clearly not been cleaned for some time. The atmosphere outside was rowdy, and the only acceptable part of the facility was the shower and toilet. I requested a refund at the front desk; the staff member agreed the conditions were unacceptable but could not process it. This stay was not worth $155 and did not meet basic hospitality standards.

Wonderful time. Saw a bear on the bridge path about 100 feet from the motel. Apparently he lives under the bridge. Lots of deer to be seen while walking the path including the Durango-Silverton 'old' train. Views of the mountains from our room was nice. Room was very clean. Basic. Get what you are paying for. We would stay there again.

We experienced the loss of a loved one and had to cancel our vacation. Unfortunately, the hotel declined our request for a refund and without asking for verification or showing understanding of our situation. I do not usually write reviews like this, but I think it is necessary for the business to understand where its policies may need improvement.

The lady at the front desk on 9/21 at 3pm for check in was very sweet and straightforward. Didn’t have any other interaction with Junction Staff. The room was how it is said on the internet, it was comfortable for the night stay that we had. Check out process was easy as well, thank you for the stay!

Although this is in a good location and is pet friendly, I would not stay here again. Our room was filthy. Beds and nightstand were pulled out away from the wall, there was food and dirt on the floor. The bathroom was old and run down; there were no stoppers in the bathtub or sink the mirror was smeared and had toothpaste on it. We requested a different room and the bathroom was the same way. They also had no coffee for the rooms and the office doesn’t open up until 7:30 to get a cup of coffee. The ice maker was broken so there was no where to get ice either.
