Miss'ipi Chef catered our wedding reception. I would 100% recommend them for catering! Words cannot describe how fabulous their food, service, and value were! From the beginning, they responded seamlessly and quickly with us. They accommodated our requests (gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut-free food options) and even accommodated a change of venue within very short notice. They coordinated with the venue for a walk-through and set-up. When we arrived to the venue, we were absolutely floored by their table decorations. They even included a menu for each guest! The attention to detail was incredible. Everyone commented on the delicious food, the beautiful presentation of the dishes, and the wonderful service. We all took home leftovers (which were just as amazing the next day). Thank you so much to Miss'ipi Chef and Sous-Chef! Our wedding reception was wonderful thanks to you!

We ordered catering for a summit at my organization. Melinda was super helpful and prompt throughout the whole planning process and was flexible when we had to add on more food after the order. She personally delivered the food and took great pride in making sure everything looked perfect and was labeled. The food was delicious - fresh and so flavorful. We worked with Miss'ippi Chef and Melinda for a big work event with about 135 people. Melinda was so wonderful to work with! Delicious and fresh food (we did a big breakfast spread), great communication from the start, very responsive to dietary needs, beautiful set-up, everything was great. All the attendees loved it. Highly recommend!

We used Miss'ipi Chef for an event we held. Melinda was great to work with! I wasn't sure what would be a good menu or how much we would need but Melinda was able to offer a menu that stayed within our budget. She was also quick to adjust the menu when we realized we could put more towards food. There was bad traffic the day of and Miss'ipi Chef was a little later than expected but they were still able to get everything set up in time. People loved the food! We had many dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. We were able to male a menu that would please everyone. One of the main reasons for going with them is that they have the option for many types of dessert including vegan desserts! Highly recommend.

Omg-Melinda and her crew know how to put on a spread! I ordered catering from her for our school staff and everything was healthy, fresh and delicious! We ordered the kale salad, pasta salad, creole quinoa, mac & cheese, Cajun chicken & tofu. Everything was on point. She is so classy she sent us with disposable warming trays, little printed out labels so people with dietary needs could know what was in the dishes and serving utensils.

The staff was so impressed and it was really nice to be able to treat them to a really nice lunch! (I could’ve eaten the whole tub of that kale salad 🤪) I will be recommending Miss’ippi Chefs to everyone I know and look forward to the next time we get to place an order with them!
