It was really a pleasure to stay at SpringHill Suites Vero Beach, Vero Beach, FL October 27-November 1, 2025. I primarily chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Grand Harbor neighborhood and stores while I moved into my house in this community. In addition, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and furnishings. I was pleased that the room was quiet with no noise from the street, hall, or other rooms. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially the housekeepers, Heather at breakfast, and the front desk personnel. |I especially want to commend Kam at the front desk for all his help. On his own initiative, he suggested enrolling me in Bonvoy for its many benefits and lower room price. In addition, he was invaluable in helping me set up my computer and access WiFi, while he attended to the needs of the front desk. I found him to be an outstanding representative of Marriott: competent, professional, and personable. |Constance Smith

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We used them for our wedding block that we setup months in advance. As the the groom, we checked in on Friday for our 2 days we booked months before. On the morning of my wedding I woke up to a message saying checkout is at 12. I had to leave my bachelor party early to go to the hotel and see what happened, because all of my wife's belongings were in the room and she was already at the venue getting ready. When I arrived they told me they were completely booked and couldn't do anything about it. After explaining the situation, I heard them on the phone say they're over booked by 6 rooms. They accommodated me after explaning that I have my wedding in a couple of hours and need it fixed. However, They changed my booking and multiple of my guests bookings, forcing my family members out of there room block. On top of it there was no apology or recognition that they changed our booking. Instead we were treated like we never had these rooms and were giving us attitude like it was our fault. I'm a marriott member and have been for years. This is the worst I've ever been treated and strongly recommend you stay far away from this hotel.

Heather and Stephen at breakfast were absolutely wonderful. Could not have had a better experience. We come back there multiple times during the year and each and every time we are treated like royalty. You are truly blessed to have these two wonderful employees. I hope you realize that. They continue to go above and beyond for me and my family as well everyone else in that dining room.

We arrived about 10:30 PM on Saturday, August 16. The front desk agent was welcoming, warm, kind and friendly. He got us checked in quickly and even offered us a drink. That was REALLY special because I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties and never experienced that level of hospitality. Additionally, each person on staff that I encountered was friendly and very helpful; offering anticipatory services with a jovial tone. I will definitely stay there again. SPRINGHILL staff, THANK YOU for being truly AMAZING.

I am a very loyal Elite member of Marriott and I use exclusively when available a SpringHill suite brand of Marriott. I stayed a vero beach 4 times the last 3-4 years. First stay close to opening was impressive. Second time was excellent, third time was going downhill mainly the mattress overuse…. End of their life. I informed the managers and the Marriott headquarter, I just received an apology and a promise to address the issue. This time the 4th time 8th month later (another business trip) …. It was terrible. The mattress still the same. Back pain in the morning guaranteed ….. poor sleep…. So a full meeting agenda the next day after poor sleep is killer. |This time, no need to contact the administration, I will just choose different hotel for me and my company’s need. |Note: the breakfast items and quality are compromised too.|The new front desk young people both day and night shifts need better training. |Managers are not as friendly as used to be….|Something wrong with this specific Marriott location.

If I could give this a negative stars I would. I booked this hotel for my wedding. I had a wedding block. The day of my wedding, I got an email saying we had to check out even though we booked for two nights ( Friday- Sunday ) my fiancé had to rush over there and beg them for our room back. They said there were no rooms left, that they over booked by 6 rooms. They kicked out my two cousins and made them find another hotel the day of the wedding, even though they also booked for two nights.

The front desk lady named Beth was so rude and not helpful at all. She shouldn’t be working in customer service. The worst experience I ever had with a Marriott, and I’m a member and have been for a while, and to have to deal with all of this on my wedding day is unbelievable.

The hotel is clean and new. The staff was very helpful. Our room, very comfortable. Ample parking. Good Wi-Fi. I cannot remember a pool but I think it had one. It was cool so no swimming for me. I was not impressed by the breakfast. We went to a nearby diner and had something much better. Check-out time was noon. Not rushed.
