Dead dough, thanks for serving cardboard with cheese and toppings. The cook tried telling me that how it’s supposed to look. I used to come to this location every week. Now just once every two months to see If they will get better. No more tipping for me at this place.

I usually love Jets pizza but was so disappointed the last time I ordered here. I got the BBQ chicken pizza as a takeout order, one of my favorites. When I finally got home and opened the box instead of finding the usual golden, delicious barbecuey goodness inside, I found this blackened burnt rectangle of disappointment. Why serve this? Why not make a new one if you burnt and ruined it? This pizza is pricey so I expected so much more. Do better Jet's!

Friday night my online order was supposed to be done at 7:00. I got there at 7:10. There was a line of people waiting for food and a line of people waiting to check in and pay. I paid and they said about 10 minutes. An hour later I still hadn’t gotten my food. I (and a few other customers) would have left sooner but we had paid and needed refunds. No one was at the counter. The line of new people was getting longer and the employees just abandoned the register for 20 minutes and they weren’t saying anything to anyone and they didn’t even take the new customers coming in. Three of us kept yelling for a manager and not in a mean way just a get their attention way. We just wanted refunds so we could leave. The employees and managers kept ignoring us. Finally I yelled very loudly “please get the manager now so we can get refunds and leave”

He came over, he had been making pizza I guess, and did our refunds in about 10 seconds each.

It seems this is a problem they’ve been having when they get behind. The manager should have the employees be honest. Tell people when they come up to pay “it’s an hour wait. Do you want to pay or cancel?”

If you can’t fulfill the orders in a timely manner you need to tell people or at least man the counter so you can refund them instead of hiding to avoid giving refunds.

What a disappointment. I love the way they make their pizza. Requested them to meet me at Hathery/Dixie…as if they were delivering to Genisys CU…in their area. Associate got the mgr on the phone, i made another request respectfully and got hung up on. Very rude and disrespect. In this day and age, respect is needed in 2days such society to survive. No wonder they have 3 stars. I guess it just depends on how they feel that day. .: (

My recommendation is to avoid, two times bad experiences. Never again. Waited over an hour for an order after already waiting half an hour at home. They took my money when I got there and they never put in the order. After 45 minutes they kept saying another 10 minutes. Eventually after watching multiple people come and go, I said that's it. Give me my money back, forget the order. Mind you previously (months before) when i ordered delivery, the delivery person told me he "nearly took out my mailbox. I told him, no worries, glad to hear you missed it. The next day I took a look and he did hit it, damn near took it all the way out. I couldn't believe it. I will absolutely never go back to Jets Pizza, (my mailbox is still messed up from them).

Placed our first order here since we moved tonight. A sizeable order. One of our items were a BLT pizza our family loves. Along with a bottle of ranch and bread. And a 8 corner pepperoni only pizza. Got home and the BLT pizza was missing lettuce, it does not taste the same. Along with no bottle of Ranch. It was rush hour traffic. Called the store asked for a credit. Pleasant employee was unsure. The manager got on the phone said they would make a whole new pizza and the ranch and have it delivered asap. Which they did. Excellent way to rectify the situation 👏. Also customer service. Thank 😊 you Jet's. We will be back.

This is the slowest pizza delivery place I've ever ordered from. Every time I try to give them another chance they take at least 2+ hours to deliver and the food is cold. The most they say is sorry and do nothing.

Over one hour LATE and I’m still waiting. All they say when you call is the driver is in his way. Do you think my pizza will still be hot OVER AN HOUR LATE? NEVER ordering from here again. Only gave a 1 because I couldn’t give a ZERO. Still may need to get my money back. 🤬
