This hotel was gorgeous and fun with big rooms and great service. We had a drink in the main bar in the hotel, which was fun and atmospheric, although a little busy. We also went down to Bad Harriet, which was less beautiful, but had great drinks and was less crowded. The car service was amazing and took us wherever we wanted to go in town with barely any wait and no advance reservation required. Would def stay there again!

Overall a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. Before we even arrived we were comforted by the reservations agent, who was able to get us in a night early, over a major holiday weekend, as we were staying at a nearby property that was exceedingly disappointing. Upon check in the staff could not have been friendlier. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The bed comfortable (pillows were a little on the thin side but that was fine). The restaurant was fantastic, the bar was accommodating. The ski valet service was nice to have tho the pickup time wasn’t as prompt as you would hope, it is still a wonderful service and the staff were extremely friendly. Overall a 10/10 stay, will absolutely be returning.

remains a very special hotel. There is a disconnect with service with the Jerome bar compared to the rest of hotel. Short waitress and bartender couldn't be bothered when we had to get and go to the bar to order. Guest Room beautiful, as was the hotel. Guest services in front of the house over all could use a little more polish and attentiveness. Like the atmosphere and comfort compared to the Little Nell. Food and Beverage staff in restaurant and lobby bar excellent.

The place is a perfect mix of history and luxury, with beautiful holiday decorations that made it feel so festive. The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make everything perfect. Our room was cozy and elegant, and the food at the hotel was amazing. They even helped us plan some fun activities around Aspen. It was such a special experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

We were in Aspen last week, and I would like to give a special thank you to Paula from the reception. We had an issue with our restaurant reservations, and she promptly and warmly assisted us with a smile on her face, securing a reservation for us at another restaurant late in the evening. We know that everything in Aspen closes quite early. We had an incredible experience, truly 5-star, and Paula was simply amazing. Thank you so much!

Disappointed. Very cool vibe and fun property, however, we were mislead about the pet policy. We have severe allergies. We knew the property was pet friendly, but when we made our reservation, we were told that the hotel had specific pet free rooms. That is not the case. We love animals and have stayed at other hotels that are pet friendly, but they reserve rooms for people with allergies. If you have a pet, you will enjoy this property. If you have allergies, this is not the place for you.

A much-needed escape after a disappointing hotel experience last weekend in Denver. The Jerome is an exceptional hotel, offering timeless elegance and unparalleled luxury. While I wish I could stay longer, I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

This hotel is beautifully decorated, and every single staff member—from the doorman to the front desk—was incredibly polite, warm, and professional. They always greeted us, whether holding the door open or when we entered or exited the elevator.

The room service was excellent and attentive. They thoughtfully opened and closed the curtains, folded my clothes, and even tidied up my charging cables. The highlight of our stay was the shuttle service to the ski slopes. Although our reserved seats were taken by others who hadn’t made a reservation, the hotel immediately arranged an additional shuttle to accommodate our group.

We booked seven or eight rooms for 3-4 nights, and the experience was outstanding. Both the rooms and the lobby were stunning, with the lobby in particular exuding a festive holiday atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect—everything from shopping to dining is within walking distance.

The café and J Bar restaurant on the property served delicious food, and the ski equipment and luggage storage services were incredibly convenient, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff at the Hotel Jerome was absolutely fabulous. I came there from another hotel because my husband loved photography and we heard it was a nice place to take photos. The greeting staff person was absolutely welcoming and let us know that there was a special event that we could even join. We thought that was special because usually, if you're not a guest, staff doesn't accommodate you.

We had a nice time taking photos, participating in the event, and then, when we were leaving the front desk staff offered my husband and I bottles of water on our way out since it was a hot day. Next time I visit Aspen, I will be staying at this location.

The best hotel experience I have ever had. Period. "Nuff said". The staff is friendly, fast and efficient. The room was excellent, in particular the bed. The Prospect restaurant exceptional. The same smiling staff and they all knew our names. Something awfully special about restaurant staff calling you by your name at breakfast. Geez, even the house keeping staff knew our names. Truly a spectacular hotel with spectacular amenities, staff and dining.

One of the best properties I’ve ever experienced in terms of personalized customer service. Hotel Jerome in Aspen does not disappoint. We stayed in the residences from 3/23-4/2. Beautifully furnished, lots of great amenities, close to the mountain with the best customer service I’ve ever had. ||We were greeted with a welcome drink, after the brief ride from the airport. The concierge had already reached out to us by text asking if we needed a ride or any help with anything. The text app is so easy to use. Everyone driving the shuttles were so friendly.||We were sent beautiful flowers and champagne and dessert to our room the first night, with a handwritten welcome note. ||We had a trip to the emergency room during the trip, they got us to and from the emergency room so quickly and sent a “get better” present of pink sparkle boots to our patient. Just so very nice.||Our return flight got cancelled, they picked us back up and we stayed a night in the beautiful hotel, which was amazing as well. Huge room with great views. ||I cannot recommend the Hotel Jerome enough. If all the Auberge hotels are like this, we’ve found our new place to stay.

We stayed here with a large group and were blown away by the exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and perfect location—right in the heart of everything. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive from check-in to check-out.

The après-ski vibes were a favorite—great cocktails, cozy fireside hangouts, and a hot tub that hits just right after a day on the slopes. Breakfast at Felix (those croissants!) was unforgettable.

We’re already planning to return for a family celebration soon. Highly recommend

I didn't stay here but I went here for an event en route to the airport and these people didn't hesitate to store my bags and offered me a ride to the airport as a complimentary gesture and did it all in earnest. Plus they are all dressed as cowboys (that's right y'all)!!! Kindest cowboys I ever did meet.

One day I hope to be rich enough to stay here for a night. 🤞
