This is the second time I have stayed here. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Houma. Everyone at the front desk is amazing. They are nice and friendly and go out their way to help you. So if you're in Houma I would definitely recommend this hotel five stars easy.

I have spent many nights here and can comfortably write a thorough review. The manager makes all the effort to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. This is a multilingual hotel. A great value for out of town workers. The staff have always been courteous and eager to help. This is not a 5-star hotel, but the rooms have always been clean, no weird smells, and the linens were always fresh. There is only one washer, so sometimes there is a wait as this hotel attracts out of town construction workers. But is a small tradeoff for what you get for your money.

This place is okay. Good price for a week's stay! Very good.
No continental breakfast. 😕 But understandable for the weekly rate.
The people at the front desk are nice.
And they (the motel) are very adequate about cleaning the room during one's stay & we got the towels as we needed them.
The door lock was messed up when we arrived, and the manager fixed it before we totally got in our room. However, the bathroom door had cracks in it, like there'd maybe been a fight or something in there. In my opinion, they really should change all that out. Not comforting to look at.
All in all, nice enough, tho. 👍
There was a car that kept parking in the handicap spot that wasn't handicapped, but I think the manager took care of that, too. He finally stopped parking there. My husband has a prosthetic leg, so he is handicapped ♿️ and needs those locations to park.

We booked through reservations.con we’re charged a service fee in addition to the hotel costs. Less than an hour before my husband was to check in I got a call that they were over booked and that someone had bought out the entire hotel for the night. There is a heliport for offshore workers in the area. The weather for the night was supposed to be freezing and some flights had already bees pushed back for the next day. All the deck clerk could do was apologize. I went full Karen on her which I do NOT do. I was responsible for contacting the booking site to secure a refund, which they wouldn’t approve until they spoke with the front desk. Pitiful service. You don’t do that in the middle of a winter storm, or any other time! I guarantee the hotel was bought out THAT DAY and they decided to bump anyone who had a reservation. He stayed in the area often but will NOT be booking here again.

Charged me 3 times for a 2 night stay. The Owner is out of the country so I cannot address this matter until he gets back. Front office lady is an extremely nice lady and she should work for another Hotel.

This is a very old hotel. Roaches were in the room, hair was in the toilet, and the refrigerator was not cleaned. The rooms were not cleaned well. We ask for extra towels, and the hotel would not provide them. I was told it was due to people stealing them. I would never stay here again.

Rooms looked decent for the price but the TVs are super small and the AC was garbage. Room was hot during the day! Also, the vending machines were barely serviceable. Think I'll eat the cost next time and find something better. Shame because the location is solid for my girl and I.
