Had dinner here and the calzone was excellent. I really enjoyed the taste of the dough and marinara sauce. The cheese bread and salad were yummy as well. Great food option in the area and well worth the stop if you have a craving for some pizza.

We had lunch here three days in a row, tried several pizzas and sandwiches. All great! We had: Hawaiian pizza, Game On pizza, Gyro sandwiches, and Talkeetna sandwiches. All are amazing. Reasonable price for how great the food is.

First timer here in Talkeetna on a girls trip. After having the Gyro Pie at Mountain High, I literally called my husband to book our next trip up. Seriously the best pizza ever! Will make the trek back up from Kansas for this.

Super nice staff. We ordered mountain high pizza which as they say everything except mosquitos and carnivore. We didn't like the fish sauce over the mountain high as it ruins the taste but i guess you can ask without that sauce. Overall great experience

First time visit! Very friendly and helpful service. We ordered two large pizzas that came to $72 without the tip. The first was “Main Street Gossip” which was pretty good! The second was the “Mountain High Pizza Pie” which was a culinary experience that we will probably not ever get again. It basically tasted like a weeks worth of leftovers from the fridge all mixed together. I’m sure some people love it. It was edible but not delicious. We would definitely come back to try other items on the menu!

While visiting Talkeetna, my kids were craving pizza and i lectured them about buying food from tourist areas as it was usually pretty bad. Unfortunately (or fortunately as it turned out) there weren't many choices in the area. So we sat down and ordered pizza and bread sticks. To my surprise, the pizza was dang good! The bread sticks could use some work but the pizza was very good by any measure. I had to eat my own words and admit i was wrong on this one. Prices were reasonable, the staff was very nice, and the place was clean. All in all, I'd be very happy with this pizza joint even outside of a tourist area; it's just dang good pizza! Highly recommended!

First time at Mountain High Pizza Pie. I noticed after ordering that they have charged us a surcharge fee for paying with card. There was no visible notice about this policy anywhere in the ordering area that any customer can get to see clearly before ordering. Otherwise, the food was great. They had plenty of vegetarian items in the menu. We ordered the greek salad, hummus platter, cheese and veggie pizza. All were delicious. Pizzas come in different sizes. The service was welcoming and courteous. We loved the large outdoor seating area with umbrellas and tables. The beer on tap was amazing.
