We came in to get a sandwich and instead sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for the helper to acknowledge us. Yes, she was working on an order but also didn't even greet us. It was incredibly weird. We left.

We were driving from Fairbanks to Anchorage and could not find any restaurant open between 4 and 5. We did not have lunch and were really hungry. To our rescue, we found Roni's Deli and Pizza. The pizza was delicious and being a small place, they added so many toppings on pizza like Pineapple which is not easy to find. We were so glad we ordered from here. Also, since I am vegetarian, I requested them to use a separate knife to cut pizza and they said they keep them very separate, I am super happy.

Chinook Deli is the gem of Willow. Located next to the Mat-Sue Valley Credit Union in the Heart of Willow. From Taco Tuesday to the Best Burrito Supreme Ever on Friday. It isnt every friday so if you get there on a Friday ask for one and tell Ronnie I sent you. You will not be disappointed even if the Burrito isnt the friday special. Everything is special at Ronnies Chinook Deli.

A nice nook n corner deli that's out of the way but worth the drive.

I stopped by for lunch (my line of work takes me out places) and was very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere.
Ordered a burger and now I have my new favorite burger spot when I'm out willow-side.
Very good - stop by and get a burger sometime, order a pizza too.

Fantastic stop in diner! The owner was so kind and let me look at her entire old coke bottle collection! And sent us off with a tiny bottle for my 86 year old grandmother who is also a collector. So very sweet of her, love this place!!!

We had two very different experiences with them for lunch 2 days apart. The first time we walked in and decided on sandwiches after hearing that pizza requires 30 minutes advance notice. The sandwiches were fantastic. We also ordered the dinner salad and it was of side size even though we were charged the full price of $10. Then a few days later, we called 40 minutes ahead to place a pizza order and when we got there (40 min later) she claimed she hadn’t had time to put it in yet so we would have to wait the 30 minutes if we wanted it. We decided to go somewhere else but before leaving we bought a few drinks which she tried to over charge us for. After a great first experience we had a 0 star experience on our return. Cannot recommend a place where you can’t be sure if they will do what they claim.

I love this deli, there are regular specials, the crab salad and chicken salad are the best!!! I eat here at least 2 times per week and I am never disappointed. I always go here first before any other local establishments.
