Dallas Pawn and Jewelry still maintains small town values.

I had purchased some silver off of eBay and had concerns about it being legit. So I stopped in Dallas Pawn and Jewelry and they tested the silver for free. I offered to pay for their service but they refused. That is small town service where friends help friends. Thanks again!

This is the ONLY place to go in Ellis County! Drew ROCKS! I went there about 30 days ago. Picked up what I had pawned and paid cash.
Took back the same item yesterday and Drew gave me more $ since I went by their rules. You gotta go there to shop or pawn something! 😁

Came to to pawn shop to pawn welding machine my husband has been a welder for many years came on hard times this year. Get to pawn to borrow money to pay electric bill. The broker pretty much says it's questionable as far as being stolen. Because a hose was clipped off. My husband was so insulted he grabbed that heavy machine with one yank and stormed outside. That machine was purchased from a friend .
I give them 1 star less than that if I could for being unfriendly snooty and terrible customer value.

This shop, and the employees are absolute crooks. Bought a “brand new” upper, well above market price. Get home and go to dry cycle the upper. Immediate jam. Contact the shop, they say for me to lube and try a different lower, Which I already knew because I build rifles as a career, and if it didn’t work I could return it the following day. Swapped BCG and lower, same issue. Upper was 4 thou out of spec with poor headspace with original BCG. So I go in for a return, like we agreed to. Old guy tries to tell me I’ve shot the gun, there’s to much brass on the BCG. Well yeah, it jams ever cycle, damn near snapping rims off rounds. Love how investigative they were when they KNEW they sold faulty gear. Do more looking when thou buy anything. I wouldn’t buy a socket from this place let alone gun parts.

Was in a tough spot and tried to sell/pawn my tools, everything an electrician would need including power tools. I spent at least $1000 on everything, old white guy offered $80. Snake is the grass, go to uncle Dan's or waxahachie pawn.

Went here looking for a Draco and an ar in 308 platform. Unfortunately they did not have it, but they did have a pioneer hellpup pistol (similar to a Draco). With their very flexible layaway option I just couldn’t say no. Overall great service!! I would definitely recommend.
