I’m a beginner to CrossFit with no background in hard physical training, and I was very hesitant very at first. However, I can’t say enough great things about my experience. After losing over 130 lbs, being over 50, and having two hip replacements, I wasn’t sure if CrossFit was for me, but it absolutely is!!! The trainers are AMAZING, knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly attentive. They meet you where you are and make sure you’re safe while encouraging you to push your limits in the best way. The entire CrossFit community has been so welcoming and helpful. I’ve never felt judged or out of place; instead, I’ve found a family that’s cheering me on every step of the way. If you’re standing where I was and maybe just a little hesitant, unsure, or even a little scared, please hear me: You are stronger than you think! With a community like this, you won’t just build muscle, you’ll build confidence and start to rebuild yourself. CrossFit is changing my life for the better, and I’m here to stay for good!

I’ve been a member of this gym for over four months now and can say it’s been a life-changing experience. As someone who had never worked out before, I was incredibly intimidated but everyone and especially the knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and caring coaches made all the difference! Everyone is super supportive, welcoming and always willing to help - you don’t even have to ask!
Better yet, the results in just short 4 months have been remarkable. My chronic back pain has disappeared and my health metrics have drastically improved. Joining this gym and being part of this community was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing.

I have done some form of exercise my whole life but CrossFit is hands down the best. What makes this gym most special is the coaches and the community. I typically attend the 730 am class and am encouraged by Coach Steph every time I go. This is right for people of all different fitness levels. The coaches work with you to meet you right where you are. I recommend CrossFit Reconstructed with no hesitation! Great community and great place to meet your fitness goals!
