Great place to stop for gas, diesel, tacos, walk the dog or use a clean restroom. If you are headed north, this is the last place to be able to get gas, food or restrooms for the next 50 miles to Falfurrias, TX. The cashiers and employees are very nice and helpful. Besides gas and diesel, they sell coffee, beer, soft drinks, beef jerky, sandwiches, tacos, 1/2 chicken plate, boiled peanuts, fruit cups, ice cream, cigarettes, lottery, and extra clean restrooms. My side chick always insists we stop here on our way to San Antonio, and again on the way back to the Valley.

As I travel, I've enjoyed the Tex Best Travel Centers.

This one is a new, clean, and very nice travel center / truck stop. You can find fresh food, snacks, hot food options, coffee, all kinds of drinks, and anything you'd find in a convenience store, anything you need for your road trip.

The bathrooms are clean and nice. A great place for a last-minute pit stop or snack stop along your way.

If you hunt, they also have deer corn, ice, and other essentials.

They is located at the intersection of Hwy. 281 (I-69-C) and TX 186 just north of Edinburg.

I've never stopped by the store but I'm glad I did. I will be a repeat customer as I travel. Gas price was about normal. The deli had just made fresh gizzards and they were delicious. I highly recommend them.

The gas station is clean but the breakfast tacos are small expensive and over priced. Stripes has better quality and better taste. The lady making out tacos was also rude

The cashier by the name of Alyssa was really rude,rolling her eyes the whole time she was checking us out. The cashier got upset becuase I informed her I didn't want a t-shirt i was going to purchase. While waiting in line she yelled that she could check me out,I had told her I wasn't ready yet,she was rolling her eyes and gave of a really bad attitude.

The place is great for everything except their coffee. It comes out very bitter no matter which you pick they all tasted the same. Those grind to cup machines all make the coffee taste the same

Best pit stop between valley and Falfurrias.
Clean restrooms, tons of food and sweets.
Coffee, drinks and anything you need and then some. Definitely recommend

I almost ran out of fuel heading towards Edinburg TX. I guess I just never saw another Fuel station after passing a the Cirlcle K station. luckily my 2025 Equinox pulled thru and we manage to make it with the legend LOW on the Mileage range and the fuel gauge blank.
