I didn’t even know this place is a competitor to The Tea Exchange! I was so excited when they make teas for you also! I got the Velvet Bliss and they made it into milk tea with bobas also. Next door to the Veggie in Academy parking lot Madison, Al. The baristas are helpful and there are samples you can try before you buy. Very happy 😃 will be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love Piper and Leaf!! They have such a variety of teas for all the tea lovers! They are always introducing new flavors and will samples to try when you walk in. Sarah and Duncan are super sweet. Great place for conversation, meet-ups, doing work, etc. Great atmosphere !

Let me start off and say the women and a younger man that helped me in the past have been absolutely fantastic, just not the two men working there today when I went in around 1 pm.
I’m not sure why there was attitude? I go there every week, maybe multiple times and got condescended over a misunderstanding. I wasn’t being rude, just wanted clarification, I’ve only worked customer service so I really try hard to be extra kind to anyone near or in that field. I’ll just go to the Huntsville location(s) because I love/grew up with the company here and have 10+ big jars even though I live 2 minutes away from this location.

Ok love their cappuccino, but I wish they have it in cup, anyways it was good, baristas was very helpful and friendly, the place is cute, haven tried their tea but when I was there are people order it so I assume it would be good as well. Will

Took a flower arranging class here; so fun, with a beautiful arrangement afterwards. Free tea during the class; that was fun. I love Pipe & Leaf’s teas because they’re freshly made locally and have so many bright flavors. Alternative milks available for us dairy sensitive folks.

Piper and Leaf sells boba and it's amazing. I love boba tea, but piper and leaf likely sells boba flavors you've never tried. There's a lot of boba tea shops in Huntsville Madison area, but you should make a point to try this place out.

Company sells your data. Read their privacy policy closely. Tea is ok...baked goods aren't fresh with very little to choose from.
