Great hotel with helpful, cheerful staff. Super clean, good bed, lots of drinking and dining options on site and within two blocks, guest washer/dryer in the building, parking garage attached. NON-tesla EV charging station across the street. Everything we came to see was within walking distance. Will definitely stay here when we return to Montgomery.

It was a complete 180 from the last time I stayed here especially in the restaurant. The restaurant staff was constantly looking around to see how they could be helpful. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated but the lovely lady at the front desk was constantly checking on us to see how we were. The hotel smelled much better on the room we were in seem to be well taken care of unlike the last one which was rather run down.

Hotel was very nice wasn’t far from the events we attended very good people that worked there .. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN!! Everywhere we turned to walk it was someone working and cleaning smelled good though out the building. Rooms was very clean and roomy definitely loved it

The Renaissance Hotel is a large property with good-sized rooms, though a bit outdated in terms of décor and amenities. Unfortunately, the elevator situation is a nightmare—only four elevators for the entire building, which leads to long waits and a lot of frustration.

The staff experience was mixed. The restaurant hostess was very nice and welcoming, but many of the other staff members came across with an attitude, which didn’t feel very guest-friendly. The breakfast food was actually pretty good, though keep in mind it’s not included—you have to pay extra.

At night, the hotel can be very loud with music blasting from outside, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. The laundry room with just 2 washers and dryers is a nice addition but always busy, so plan ahead if you need it.

Parking is another major downside. Not only is it paid parking, but getting to it is a hassle—you have to walk across the hotel, which is really inconvenient, especially if you’re dragging suitcases.

Overall, while the hotel has some positives like room size and breakfast, the noise, elevator delays, staff attitude, and parking setup make the stay more stressful than relaxing.

Kiara, the valley manager was fantastic. Nieves Anderson, catering sales manager also fantastic. ||I do a lot of events for work and the staff here were top-notch. The service from the start to the end of event was exceptional.||We will definitely be back here in the future.

In my honest opinion, the overall experience did not match the price. The rooms are very outdated, and the food is extremely overpriced. I paid $31.00 for shrimp Alfredo, and the portion I received was very small for the cost. While waiting on my order, it was also clear that the restaurant is tremendously understaffed, which added to the disappointment.

That being said, My server Ms. Allen went above and beyond to provide excellent service despite the circumstances. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience better.
